I have 10 years working with…
I have 10 years working with Activtrades, and I have never had any problems with deposits or withdrawals.
Whenever I have had a problem, customer service has solved it for me and in my native language, Spanish.
In the last few years, I think since Brexit, the spreads have gone up a bit and it is very difficult to see EUR/USD at 5 pips as promised when I chose to work with them, but it is still between 7 and 10 pips most of the time. It may seem very high compared to other brokers, this is a broker more geared towards swing trading.
Anyway, I consider the platform very reliable to manage seriously with your money.

First of all
First of all, I gotta say great work with the payments system. So convenient and fast, and the fees are very reasonable. By reasonable I mean those 1.5% on the VISA, cuz the rest is already free.
Another thing, what they did with platforms is phenomenal. Allowing two metatraders is a standard procedure in most places, but putting out tradingview too? This is pretty good indeed, that platform is very comfortable for many people. Also, they have their own platform which is as good as the others, and some people prefer it.

Easy payment methods
ActivTrades have different payment methods ranging from bank wire transfer, card method, Electronic wallets and lots more. This payment method works for both deposits and withdrawal and makes the trading experience of the beginner very smooth. As beginners, money might be a very touchy subject because we are not sure which broker can be trusted or not, so having a reliable trading platform helps in making the trading experience positive and worthwhile. Commissions are also not charged by the broker but the banks and other third parties may have charges added depending on the payment type.

My journey
Trading through the activtrades broker brings me pleasure and some cash. Well, fairly speaking, I don't make much cash now, because I am still learning, but the hugest position brought me $4 recently, this deal was made on AUD/USD, after the breakout of quite a strong 0.65000 level. The price came close to it several times, and then there was a breakout up to 0.654, after that there was a retracement.
I wanna say that instruments this broker offers to me helped me to make this successful deal. I am quite happy that I can properly analyse the market and follow price action.

You know it is quite a complicated task…
You know it is quite a complicated task for many traders to find a reliable and trustworthy company where there are thousands of different brokers. After all, I found a suitable broker for me and this is ActivTrades, if you are unaware of this, the company is regulated by many financial bodies and I have never seen a broker which would be regulated by so many reputable organizations.
I was starting my trading path with a demo account, I was trading there and improving my trading skills, after a while I understood that I’m ready to start trading on a real account. I should admit the broker provides top-notch trading conditions and ensures everybody enjoys trading here.
There are also many ways for making deposits and withdrawals through various payment methods and I don’t think that traders will have any problems with transferring money. I’m totally satisfied with the quality of the services which ActivTrades provides to customers!

I HONESTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BROKER
I am a professional trader operating from Dubai and have used many CFD brokers over the years for the need to break the size. Activtrades over the years has proven itself for what it is... very high spreads even 1.75 on S&P500 (futures is 0.25) and variable despite the market being stationary. Try doing 10 operations with an entry and exit spread of 1.75! 17.50 for 2! 35 points spread and the game is done in favor of the broker. I especially advise against this broker to beginners... as well as obviously customers to look around. I want to provide you with a detailed review of this broker because I recently made an account and started to trade here.
Experienced traders from the net gave me an advice to search for a cost-effective platform, meaning that I shouldn't pay attention to those which have a big commissions, wide spreads, certain fees like dormant fee, inactivity one and so on. I listened to their advice and this is how I found ActivTrades.
I like to trade major currency pairs such a , because it seems to me that I can earn money due to them and spreads are quite tight. For example, EUR/JPY spread is typically around ~2 pips, while USD/JPY can be even lower than 1 pip.
I also heard of swaps, but I have no idea how to calculate them so far, but I guess they aren't encumbering either.

I became more calm
I am sure that trading conditions and status of this broker influenced me to become more calm. Now my trading is slower and more gradual.
But before that... Oh my god! I was trading like crazy! I could open and close up to 10 orders in one hour!
Of course, such trading brought me profit, but now I trade more conservatively.
I selected several stocks of large companies whose stability I am sure. And I trade these stocks in more relaxed style.
As I wrote, trading conditions of this broker suitable for such type of trading. And that's why I'm happy with them. And by the way, I'm pleased with results of my trading.
Taking into account fact that I become less risky, my profitability level remained at about the same level.

Don’t recommend at all, if you don’t take care of ur profit ..they will calculate it less..
No backup for their app .. No MT5 or 4 if ur account frozen u can do nothing..if its frozen u f… up
1- Had a position which was profitable and their screen showing losing!
When I contact them they said could be Internet issue 😅...I have screenshot and screen recording for what happened!
If I didn't call them they will just take ur money and no body cares!
After two phone calls,emails they refund 1.69£😏😏.
Spoke to one of them about position when I told him that I will complain to FCA he was mocking saying wonderful have a nice day (calls are recorded)

Upon reviewing the situation, we found that the best possible price you could have exited the trade for during this time accounted for a difference of £1.69 from the level at which you ultimately closed the trade. Given these circumstances, as a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to credit £1.69 back to your account.
However, despite multiple explanations, it seems there remains a misunderstanding about this adjustment. The screenshots you provided did not indicate any significant discrepancies beyond what was already identified.
Stop Loss Execution
In a subsequent interaction, you raised concerns about your stop loss not being executed at the requested level. After thorough investigation, we determined that market volatility during a major announcement with a high impact on the market was responsible for the deviation in the execution price. This is a common occurrence in volatile market conditions, and while unfortunate, it is beyond our control.
