Shitting company !!!

I need to tell everybody , don’t buy anything from Actiwear , this has been worst shopping experience I have ever had !!! I ordered 3 items online , they delivered me 2 items after 2 month , and one item lost . I have tried to communicate with them, nobody answer you immediately, finally , after 4 month , they delivered another item which was not the first one I wanted .

I ordered the jumpsuit n was having…

I ordered the jumpsuit n was having trouble with my internet... got the wrong size ordered so I asked if they could change the order size n they where so accommodating that they did it with no questions. I will tell everyone if they want some active wear they should order from this company. They are also very professional with their time line of getting your order out to you.

Not the best experience

Ordered leggings a month and a half ago, have yet to receive my product. Emailed them 3 times requesting a refund and was told they were trying to track my order. Then was told since the product shipped they could not issue a refund. I made a claim with my payment company.
Update, company did issue refund once I contacted payment company to report issue

I bought a pair of leggings and wanted…

I bought a pair of leggings and wanted to return. They said I could only get a store credit or exchange, had to send pictures, and had to pay for shipping. The cost of shipping internationally was more then the cost of the leggings! I asked if I could exchange for a different pair and if there was anyway to send a return label or even an US address to save on shipping and they said no. Terrible return/exchange policies, terrible customer service, and terrible product.

DO NOT under any circumstances buy …

DO NOT under any circumstances buy anything from this site, I ordered in November, I paid over $40 dollars for a pair of leggings I received on the 25th of January. They had no tags or labels, the material was cheap and not in any way suited to active wear and the back of the pants is higher than the front.
When i went to return the item the Order Number was not coming up and it looks like I'm stuck with them. I'm so upset and disappointed!!!

Terrible quality terrible service

Terrible quality and they won’t accept returns. They make you jump through all these hoops of taking photos of the items you want to return (for what purpose I have no idea). You send photos and they say the photos aren’t correct they need a different shot. What a terrible scam of a company.

Poor quality fabric. Knock offs.

Shipping takes almost two months because products are coming from China. Total knock offs of legitimate activewear lines. Poor quality, see-through fabric. If you want to return you'll have to pay the shipping and will get a store credit. Why would you want a credit only to receive another poor quality product?

I wish I’d read the terrible reviews on here before ordering. Please don’t order anything from this company. It looks like they have taken images from another brand and used them as their own. What arrived was truly appalling. Cheap material you can see through, badly printed pattern, stitching coming undone, no brand labels. You could but the same for £4 from a market stall. Given everyone else’s experience trying to get refunds I doubt I’ll have any joy but to make sure others don’t do the same.

Send me wrong size impossible to contact them

25/02 Actiwears contact me to inform me that they will send me the right size, when the wrong leggins arrive to their facilities in China and that I'd have to pay the shipping costs.. incredible! Worst custome service ever.

Ordered a side S, sended me a size M. Tried to contact them in any posible way, with little succes. The wrong size leggins are still in my table ready to be piked up since two months ago. They were'nt cheap, I paid more than 40$! I can find leggins from adidas for that price...
I wasted my money and my time for nothing.

No Leggings, No Refund

It would seem that there are some legitimate overseas companies taking a stab at the yoga pants craze here in the U.S., but I honestly don't think ActiWears is one of them. I placed an order for leggings and a top around Thanksgiving 2017. Received an email about 10 days later saying that my order would be shipped in two pieces, and that the first shipment (the leggings) had been sent. I never received a shipping notification for the second item (the top). About two weeks later, I got a package from ActiWears containing the top, but no sign of the leggings. I began emailing immediately, explaining that I thought there had been a mix-up. I had gotten email notification of the leggings being shipped, never a notification for the top being shipped, but then got the top/no leggings. I pretty much get the same email response every time, saying that they have reached out to the mail carrier and please be patient, because as I can imagine this takes time. Each email is signed by a different name (Anne, Jessica, Susie, etc) but by the length of the email, prose, and slightly broken English, I'd say they're all written by the same person. Never a different response. Even if ActiWears is not screwing anyone over on purpose, they clearly don't have the functionality as a company to fulfill orders properly on a consistent basis or to address issues on any level. We all roll the dice ordering from these overseas outfits, and if you actually got what you wanted from ActiWears, don't roll again! You probably won't get lucky twice. Maybe Facebook will crack down on their ads, or the yoga pant generation will learn that just because we see if on Facebook, it doesn't mean it's coming from a reputable company!

Ordered a size 7.5 and was sent a 9.5. Told me to send it back and I pay for shipping for their mistake! I live in the US and it came from Asia. Shipping with TRACKING would be atleast $42.
