Not happy.. I ordered two cece the cats. I only received one.. I’ve messaged them many times, they say they will get in touch in 1 day.. I’ve only received one message asking me for a photo of the package.. good job I kept it as the response was 3 days later! Why ask for a photo and then not respond to it?! And not heard anything else since.. conveniently no number to ring.. so I’m left with sending messages after messages that just get ignored.. I’ve got one upset child wondering why she hasn’t got her cat but her sister has! Disgraceful. This is unacceptable.

Hi Lucy! I’m so sorry you only received one of the Cece’s and not both, again we do try our best to make sure ever order is correct and I can only imagine the stress on the other child.
I understand this issue is now resolved as we replied on the Monday after you messaged on Friday. I do apologise as we don’t work weekends like many big companies, which means there’s always a delay in replies if you message on Friday. I understand we sent you the replacement plushie straight away on Monday as detailed in the message. Can you confirm this has resolved that issue?

Ordered for my daughter. Very quick dispatch and delivery. Came with some extra sweets which was lovely. The product is of great quality with lots of little accessories. Would definitely recommend!
A few months ago I was in a dark place and was engaging in harsh behaviours I found these keychains and was interested I got Timmy and it changed my life for the better!!! I have been clean for a while and I have been so much better I love these keychains and I now have them all thank you so much 🥹
