There was an issue with the office 365 software which was purchased 2 years back from act software.net and I informed them about the same by email. ACT software resolved it in less than 24 hrs by issuing a replacement for the same.

The initial key which I got didn't work. I reached out to customer support and they provided me new key and it worked. So, Don't worry In case if your windows activation key didn't work, Reach out to support team and they will resolve your issue. Expect a slight delay in the response from support team.
