No recibí el certificado MASC contratado
Acuerdio es una empresa que ofrece servicios de mediación/MASC online en España. Contraté su servicio por 19 € para iniciar un procedimiento MASC y obtener el correspondiente certificado si la otra parte no respondía.
La otra parte no respondió, pero el certificado nunca llegó a emitirse debido a un problema técnico de la plataforma, reconocido por Oliva, el chatbot de IA de Acuerdio. Después de 28 días seguía sin certificado y había contactado varias veces con atención al cliente sin recibir respuesta.
Finalmente tuve que reclamar el pago a mi banco por servicio no prestado, y fue mi banco quien me devolvió el dinero.
En mi experiencia, no puedo recomendar el servicio.
Acuerdio is a company offering online mediation/MASC services in Spain. I paid €19 to initiate a MASC procedure and obtain the corresponding certificate if the other party did not respond.
The other party did not respond, but the certificate was never issued due to a technical problem with the platform, which was acknowledged by Oliva, Acuerdio's AI chatbot. After 28 days, I still had no certificate and had contacted customer support several times without receiving a response.
I eventually had to dispute the payment with my bank because the service had not been provided, and it was my bank that refunded my money.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the service.
