I love using acuity! It’s the best booking site I’ve ever used! It gives me access to all my appointment information, client information and email notifications. 10/10 highly recommend

I really enjoy this scheduling app. The one thing I feel would be really important to add. Is that when someone receives their reminder that they could return a confirmation back to me that way I know they’re coming

Easy to setup, easy for clients to book. It’s just awesome all the way around.

We like Acuity Scheduling. It has all the bells and whistles of your competitor, Square Appointments Plus, except for the Automated Waiting List and Human Customer Support. BUT Acuity Scheduling has something Square Appointments Plus currently cannot provide; complete group event privacy. And that is why we use Acuity Scheduling.

Good service but no customer service and the lack of customization can be frustrating

Acuity scheduling is easy to use for my clients and my staff. We love it!!

frustrated as I purchased Acuity scheduling to use while making my Square Space account, and they do not seamlessly integrate. There is no information posted to know this, and I need to rebuild a large amount of it and re-purchase it twice to have it merged for Squarespace.

Acuity held my funds hostage with no explanation. I provided the information needed and its terrible

I like acuity overall. A few things I don’t like is for a yoga studio it’s not as functional with not having the option to add an app. And I wish it saved card information every time so I could charge no show fees. I also wish it saved certain info so it was easier on me..such as when people buy an intro package they shouldn’t be able to purchase again. Overall easy and affordable it’s been great for starting a business

My overall experience with Acuity was great. I am a bit shocked at the amount of money you are asked to pay, but there are no features like Waitlists or automatic forms available. Everything had to be done manually, and I felt I was paying too much money for the value I was getting out of the platform. Should these features be included in the future, I will certainly reconsider using Acuity again.

The scheduler isn't user friendly for my older-adult clientele. There aren't many features that make the process streamlined for signing up for multiple classes.
