Pet gate never showed! Won’t refund me & said to check my mailbox!!!

I ordered a pet gate and 3/16 and happen to check the tracking number they gave me, and it said it was delivered on 3/31. When in fact it has not, and when I went to contact the customer service email, it was sent back as being non-deliverable because it wasn’t a legit website. I contacted a different customer service number and they told me contact my carrier they can’t do anything for me. It was considered delivered. There’s no proof, there’s no pictures. There’s nothing no address. Nobody can give me anything. Do not buy from these people. I went through my bank to file a dispute because this is crap.
