Delivery method was Royal Mail24 but it took nearly a full week to get into their system once a dispatch notification had been sent out. Delivered within 24hrs once with Royal Mail. Very poor customer service.

Purchased off these on tiktok shop and it's been over week now and still no delivery they seem like messers or scammers so I'd highly avoid these unless you want to either wait for something that may never come or have to wait for a refund

Got a broken product, and there is no customer support on the weekend

Product was exactly as described, arrived when it was supposed to and was very reasonably priced. I haven't gotten round to assembling it yet as l am going to build an enclosure for it first. However having given it a visual inspection l don't forsee any problems.

Good prices, had the product I wanted and fast delivery. Really pleased with the printer we bought, it’s already in daily use and performs really well for the money.

Very quick and reliable. Will definitely look to this shop for any further 3D printing supplies.

The worst online retailer experience.
Deliverd a faulty printer. Contracted via phone to resolve the problem, then to see the number is not recognised. Emailed via website and from personal account to have no response whatsoever. Its been a week since the purchase of the ELEGOO SATURN 3 ULTRA. This place must be reported to the BSA and closed down.

Ordered my first 3d resin printer from acurro with a resin wash station. Arrived promptly and very well packaged. Ordered a second a few weeks later. Needed to phone their tech support. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
Would highly recommend them.

On assembly, the printer does not work. We’ve tried troubleshooting without any success. You cannot access any support from their customer service. The telephone numbers go to a company that has vape shops and disconnects after being kept on hold for 20 minutes. You cannot get to speak to a human being. It’s caused us a lot of distress. Do not buy from this company.
