I bought a herbal product receptionist lady said it will work it didn’t work at all paid £30 for no reason not happy at all.

Nadja is truly amazing , I can’t recommend her enough. From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for. She is not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but also one of the kindest and most supportive people I’ve met.

She really listens and takes the time to understand what you’re going through, and since starting treatment with her I’ve felt such a difference. Her calm energy and genuine care make every session something I actually look forward to.

I’m so grateful to have found someone who truly wants to help people feel better. If you’re considering acupuncture, I honestly couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you for everything you’ve done for me 🤍

I’ve been to many clinics over the years for chronic back issues, including specialist therapy centres and chiropractors across London. I’ve had deep, stubborn knots and ongoing problems that were difficult to diagnose or treat properly, and they’ve caused me serious discomfort for a long time.

This was my first time trying acupuncture, and I’m genuinely glad I chose AccuZen in Commercial World. In my session, two practitioners treated me — one handled the acupuncture and the other provided a massage straight afterwards. Both were extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable.

The massage therapist was particularly impressive — excellent pressure, real skill, and strong understanding of tendons and pressure points. The treatment felt precise and intentional rather than routine.

Jolene was amazing, and the overall experience stood out from anything I’ve had before. When I left, I felt calm and deeply relaxed in a way that honestly surprised me. What’s even more remarkable is that the feeling wasn’t temporary — two to three days later, I still feel noticeably calmer and better.

After just one session, I was so impressed that I booked five more sessions immediately. I’ve travelled as far as West London in the past looking for good treatment, so finding this level of expertise locally is brilliant. I’m also looking forward to trying dry cupping in upcoming sessions.

From now on, I won’t be going anywhere else AcuZen is my go-to clinic. I’ll be recommending them to friends, family.

Nadja is an absolutely incredible Acupuncturist! She is highly trained, skilled and very intuitive when it comes to acupuncture and treatment options for individuals. She has helped me in more ways than i could have ever hoped for or imagined! Nadja is able to help me manage my various symptoms and at the same time she helps me balance and strengthen my body holistically, whilst working towards healing.
She is deeply compassionate in her approach and has a very gentle warm welcoming manner. The fact she is a trained medical doctor, gives her an edge in Acupuncture. She is understanding of medical conditions and body systems, which really validates and supports the Acupuncture process. She has a way of knowing exactly what I need and I trust in her knowledge and wisdom explicitly. I would highly recommend you try acupuncture with this amazing lady.

Nadja is a great acupuncturist, knows exactly what she is doing, and is also a trained doctor so he medical knowledge is outstanding in helping me understand what the issue, how she can help, and what the other options might be. Would definitely recommend.
