Brought three dogs for my grandchildren for Christmas terrible really not what was advertised.Do not use this company

I cannot contact them regarding a charge on my credit card bill for purchase in December 2025. Norton security says the web site is not safe to go to.

I never ever ordered material from Acyril company; and was very surprized to get a Master Card bill amounting up to 100.15 Ca $ !!
It's a total robbery !
This fraudulent event occured on September 29 2025.
Please cancel this false ordering and reimburse the 100.15 $ amount.

This company is running a scam. I ordered the Eagle wreath. On the website, it was in 4D. When it came, it was a totally flat piece of what looks like pressed cardboard. I did text the company and told them that I was contacting the BBB about their misrepresented wreath. Days later I went back to the site, they had changed their page. On it was now a disclaimer in a box in small print saying it was wood and flat. This was NOT on the original page that I ordered from. By the way, it came from Hong Kong. This was not stated.

Completely fraudulent company. They create product images in AI and ship something of very low standards and quality. Parent company is out of Hong Kong, so about this Chinese company at all costs.

I ordered 3 patriotic feathered wreathes and received 3 wooden dully painted horrible pieces. It would cost as much to return the items as it cost to purchase them as they have to be shipped back to China in a short timeline. Am not going to double my loss. This is a total ripoff.

Ordered 4 crystal coffee mugs, 3 of the 4 were ok, the fourth one didn't even come close to the picture, it was sold under Sherum name, this group sells under a number of names from what I can tell, I was offered $10.00 to go away so to speak, it would cost more the than the $40.00 I paid for the mug to return it, still have not had the $10.00 returned, as I did get a mug I am not going to go to the C.C. company, but may write the BBB and show pictures on Facebook.

Beware of Sherum,Colopa, Dotmall and Naturliva Brave Wing Wreaths

purchased the Brave Wing Wreath after watching a detailed video of how it was very detailed constructed by a military family and was very impressed by the video and quality. I ordered two for $59.99. After weeks of waiting and tracking the package from China which I was unaware. I received the a thin package through the USPS and was stunned at the poor quality and misrepresentation of what was advertised.
I immediately contacted the company to return for which policy stated I had 30 days only to learn they were sorry I was unhappy and would offer me $8.00 to make it better! If I insisted on returning for a refund shipping charges would be over $50.
If anyone knows who I can officially contact to report this company, I will do so to save other potential customers from wasting their money. I will also keep a vigilant eye on my credit card charges as this is a dishonest company and obviously isn’t making their money from selling quality products. Confirmation and shipping information were sent under the company name of Sherum, other company names related to this product is Dotmalls and Naturliva, BEWARE
