SCAM!!!!!!

Ordered in October... still waiting for results after NUMEROUS e-mails!!!

Should minus star, but they don’t get the option. Been waiting for my order since August sent three emails in December. No answer sent two emails in January still no answer and I’ll sent email today

Shame you cant give a negative rating!! I placed an order in June 2022 for Women Casual Plus Size Long Sleeve Outwear - Silver Fox. I Still have not received my item, I have sent 14 emails asking were is my order. every email I send get similar replies like this "Please do not worry, your patience will be highly appreciated. and when I requested a refund they only offered to pay the current price, which was less than what I paid. which is not by law right, they have to refund the full price you pay, I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they want to throw money away.

I ordered 3 items in October wanting them for Christmas and I asked through emails and got we are very busy i was charged twice for my order and got nothing yet I would like to know how to get my money back they stopped answering my emails this is stealing from hard working people i am looking into taking drastic measures.

If I could of given them a zero rating I would of I order a few items over 3 months ago hasn't even been shipped when they do answer my emails it's the same excuse they are busy and now they refuse to reply totally disgusting behaviour take your money quick enough though can't even get a refund when I ask for one

This service is scam, do not buy from them. I ordered two items in November and at today they still didn't arrive. I sent plenty of email a d the reply was that they were working hard to send the items. Of course I'll block the payment from the bank and report them to the police.

I ordered from here in November 2022 for Christmas presents, when my order wasn't shipped in the short time they promised (slaps forehead..who sells stuff this cheap legitimately...doh) I wrote to them, they had a computer generated response asking me to be patient, I wrote again, same response, now it's the last full week of January and they don't bother to respond, if I could give them zero stars I would, don't to it, dont get scammed !!! They stop responding to your emails after two emails

I ordered from them October 2022 for Christmas gifts . I started sending messages after late Nov asking ..where's the order ? They would respond back with were working hard on your order . Umm it was 3 items ...really ...after Christmas they stopped responding to messages . Thank goodness it was only $20.00 but..ridiculous they will be aloud to keep scamming peoples money

Don't do it people,it's a scam,start writing to face book and tic toc for a refund,letting scammers on ther site is not acceptable,ther probably behind it anyway,but if its not threw PayPal it's for a reason,hope u don't need to read this ha 1 born every minute they,and iv had my minute 😂😂🤬🤮

This company is a scam I ordered some items from them at the beginning of November 2022 as a Christmas present for my son after leaving many emails as they took money and I am still waiting on my items they have now stopped replying to my emails the emails that I did get from them told me to be patient and that my order would arrive before christmas they are a joke if I could leave a no star review I would. I would not recommend anyone uses this company

I, like everyone else, bought and paid for items from this company. I ordered in October 22. I e-mailed their customer service a few times and they encouraged me to be patient. Finally, after Christmas was over, I requested a refund and to cancel my order. They then did not respond to my e-mails anymore. I contacted my credit card company to file for a fraud dispute and have received the full credit back to my card. It's absolutely ridiculus.

I made an order in November and I still haven't received it. I've emailed them and have gotten no response. Either they really suck at orders or this is a SCAM. I WILL DEFINITELY POST ON THIS AND OTHER SIGHTS TO SAVE ANY ONE ELSE FROM GETTING SCAMMED

Complaint to the ANPC and the police!

Saw this company on my feed on Facebook! I ordered an item back on Nov 9th,2022 for a late birthday present to myself from my husband. Then when it did not come in on time when advertised, I emailed them. They said there were a lot of orders and it would be out asap. I emailed them numerous times and they asked for patience. The last time I emailed them was on January 10th, 2023 and asked them either send me my item or give me my item back. I have not heard from them since.

Total rip off, never get goods or money back absolute fraudsters

BE AWARE! They are fraudsters, take money, do not answer to emails, do not send the order what customer has ordered and paid them money!The worst company I have got in touch!
