While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Worst agency we've worked with - grossly mismanaged Amazon Ads

We've worked with at least 12 agencies, managing our ad accounts across all platforms, and Ad Advance had - without question - the worst outcome of all of them.

It took us far too long to see what was happening in the account. When we did finally see it, we contacted the CEO, Joe, and he was unresponsive and indifferent.

(We were a pretty small client - only spending $2k/month. In all, we spent $27k over the course of 10 months.)

In the first few months of the project, the ROAS went over 2.0.

Then, it continually declined, dropping to 0.5, well below the level it was at when we managed our own Amazon ads (with zero experience in running Amazon ads).

At the beginning, they told us that one of the main opportunities for growth was in removing under-performing search terms.  They highlighted that 49% of our spend was going towards search terms with zero sales.

In the final 30 days with Ad Advance, that number soared to 70% -- i.e. more than two thirds of our spend was on search terms with zero sales.  This was much worse than it had ever been without Ad Advance.
