Excellent support team, Charmaine is the best. My first coat arrived to Canada in same time of the lockout of canada post so I never received it. Charmaine from support team ordered me another coat that I received two weeks later.

My issue was size related my husband is always a L except for super dry he needs XL the XL coat that came was far too small I contacted them and had a prompt reply and offered to send me a replacement free of charge absolutely amazing customer service the XXXXL fits perfectly. They went the extra mile.

As it’s so common when ordering online, occasionally the sizing is off from other countries. Same with my first coat order. It was replaced with a new one and my hubby loves it. Very timely connection through email, and very helpful.

Will be ordering again!

I received a medium jacket which was too small so I asked to return it for an exchange. They told me to keep it and they'd send a large at no extra cost! Amazing service!!! Thanks Louvel!!!

I first wrote Louvel before buying because I wanted to buy a coat for my son for Xmas. I wanted to know what size I should buy and what happens if it doesn't fit. They guided me in my purchase. When I got the coat, it did not fit, but I have to say, that my son is a bodybuilder and as arms the side of my thigh. I got back to Louvel and told them of the problem. Charmaine told me there was no problem, they would send me an other coat in a different size. Got the other one, a couple of weeks later, and the coat fits like a glove. My wife ordered a jacket for me for Christmas and we looked at their sizing and got measured by a seamstress to make sure we ordered correct size. Chart said XL should fit but ordered a XXL to be sure. Jacket arrived in a timely fashion however sizing was not very correct and it did not fit. Wife contacted them but could not get a resolution I liked so I contacted them and voiced my displeasure and got a reply that was much more acceptable. They offered to send me a brand new coat free of charge but I was a little scared as I was not sure what size to ask them to send. I told them my height and weight and hoped for the best. A week later it arrived and fit perfectly. I did mention to them to make changes to their size chart to help North American customers and save them selves lots of hazzel going forward.

The only issue I had was the delivery service, almost took a month to receive the jacket.

Any time I had questions, I received a quick response.

When my son finally received his jacket, he loved the jacket.
