Trustworthy. Very easy straight forward process. Sharaz was great! Arranged everything with my hubby, answered millions of questions before even arranging to see the car, had all paper work. And the best experience was when I went to collect the car he still allowed me to take it for a drive even though hubby drove it already and as I was driving something came up on dashboard, Sharaz was very efficient quickly took it in for diagnostics and fixed whatever needed to be done. Apart from that he provided us with the warranty which he signed me up for, he handled my Logbook and arranged for my V5C to be sent to me!
So so happy with my car and the service was hands down the best I ever had when looking for a car!
No pressure , just a pleasant experience!

Bought in the New Year, Sharaz was really genuine, trustworthy, transparent and fantastic to buy from. He had the car freshly washed, valeted and serviced, pointed out any superficial marks on the car which we could have easily missed and had amazing aftersales care. There was an unknown minor sensor fault with the car I discovered after a 100+ mile drive which he immediately sorted at his expense through a local garage. Sharaz was really responsive to messages and made sure everything was 100%. We did a long test drive on different road types and he showed us all the controls on the car and was knowledgeable to answer any questions. We bought it as a category S and another local mechanic commented on the quality of the repair and such a high level paint job you would not know. I’m really happy with the car and the service from Sharaz. Thank you!

I was a bit cautious at the beginning because there are so many “Adams auto” in uk, and most of them have really bad feedback! And there is no showroom or business location to check on maps or street view. After I found his real Trustpilot review section then I decided to give it a go! And was a great decision because the car I bought is amazing, I’ve negotiated the price and been offered a great deal, the car was presented immaculate, been valeted that morning, test drive was at my discretion, even waited for me to put some petrol in, after I said I want it! I’ve brought many cars from people over the years and Sharaz was very honest and open about everything. When I was buying the car he let me know all the details about the car and answered every question that I had. The whole process was easy and comfortable.

I had the worst experience with this car dealership. I bought a car on 2nd of march 2023 and it broke down 23rd of march . Not even two moths after purchasing the car . They didn’t help at all to fix my problem with my car . Basically they game a faulty car . Now I’m struck with a car has a gear box fault . That I can’t drive . Don’t do business with these people.
