Adamson's after care is absolutely without question a brilliant service.
I've heard a lot of horror stories from people who have employed other building contractors, where once the work is complete they found it difficult if not impossible to the contractors to return and get things rectified.
This certainly does NOT apply to Adamsons.
Our French doors had got to a point where we were unable to open/shut them. I contacted Adamsons, and despite the work being completed several years ago, there was no hesitation from them whatsoever in sending two joiners to our property to fix the issue. The doors open and shut perfectly now.
We have recommended Adamsons to people who are considering building work/bathroom/kitchen upgrades etc, and have no hesitation in recommending again.

After nearly 20 years, my bathroom was looking very dated, so I decided it was time for a complete makeover. I went to see Paul at Adamsons as I'd looked around a few showrooms and theirs was by far the best. We had a good chat and I decided that was the company I wanted for my renovation.

The team stripped everything back to the bricks, floorboards and ceiling before transforming it into a beautiful, modern bathroom.
I kept my own 12-month-old vanity unit and toilet because I really liked them, and they refitted them perfectly. They also hid all the pipework under the floor, which gave me a few extra inches of floor space and made such a difference.
I now have a gorgeous quadrant shower enclosure with a wonderfully powerful shower, a fantastic Luca smart mirror, a huge towel radiator, beautiful white ceiling panels with silver trim, stunning wall tiles, and Amtico flooring that finishes the room perfectly. The clean lines and attention to detail are outstanding.
The team were here most mornings by 7.30 and worked hard until their job for the day was finished. They were all very friendly, professional, reliable and took real pride in their work.
If you pay for quality, that's exactly what you'll get. I absolutely love my new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for creating such a beautiful room.

Great after sales service from Adamson's. They responded immediately to my concern about a slipping heavy glass panel in our roof lantern. Sean and Woody were with us at 8.00 the following morning, quickly secured and refixed the panel then spent two hours checking and refixing the whole lantern frame and all its other panels. Excellent professional work and all for the cost of a couple of mugs of tea!

The en-suite bathroom installation was excellent as is the quality of the materials/units etc.

Unfortunately, the project was let down by the builders constructing the porch. They damaged the main electrical cable into the house which caused a lot of inconvenience and mess outside the house which they did nothing to clear up. There was also a problem with the manual emergency door opener which took a long time to sort out.

Also the architectural surveyor who did the initial survey knew about the potential problem but did not address it. The surveyor also did not listen to our instructions on the porch floor tiles.

It has to be said that the final result is very good and admired by visitors.

I have used this company for 3 major house projects
because they provide a friendly and helpful service.
The workforce are polite and friendly and clean up thoroughly after they have finished and their quality
of workmanship lives up to expectations.

We have had Adamsons install 2 bathrooms for us. One was a replacement and the other converting part of the garage into a new bathroom. The standard of workmanship was high and all the workmen worked hard and were very pleasant to deal with

I reported an issue yesterday with a leaking atrium window. Lauren sorted it immediately, rang me back with an appointment for the same afternoon the guys arrived 30mins later and repaired the window. Excellent aftercare from Adamsons as always, some 30 months after my kitchen installation.

There is absolutely no doubt that Adamson’s customer support is A1.
Christine (Contract Admin Manager) is always ready help and as such arranging for a Service Engineer to call is a straightforward procedure.
Likewise the Adamson’s Service Engineers are always very knowledgable and today’s visit by Connor was no exception.

I asked for a quote for a full bathroom refurbwhich included knocking through a separate toilet, new suite, tiles, floor electrics and bricking up a window in the current separate toilet. I asked for low - mid range fittings. I also asked for two new radiators upstairs and for two new radiators to be installed in rooms that dont currently have them. I sent Adamsons a video and the measurements of our current bathroom/WC. They came back to me with a quotation of £46,000!!! I nearly fell off my seat!! Will not be going back to this company in a hurry.

I planned extension to my property in Wilmslow, so i called Adamson asking for a quote , as i saw them doing some work nearby. They send a gentleman to have a look. He was rude inconsiderate and arrogant. He looked around then said. (We recently done an extension for £300 thousands and the owner was able to able to pay because he inherited some money.) Then he added that my extension will probably cost halve a millions !!! And if in future i inherited some money i will be able to pay for an extension . He then start commenting on the price of my property here in wilmslow …He did not ask any relevant question . Finally he asked (do you really need a quote )!!! I said i dont need it any more .
I called Adamson and complained about this gentleman behaviour, i was expecting at least an email from them explaining why this person behaved in such a rude way but nothing , they just stopped sending me update .
I hired a different builders who manage to complete the project, doing a good job .
I will never call Adamson again

Adamsons have built our single storey extension and we are happy with the workmanship and quality of materials used.

Disappointing service received from the original project manager that we had been assigned prevents me from giving Adamsons 5 stars, however once we were appointed a new PM, we noticed huge improvement in both communication and speed of completion.

We have used Adamsons 3 times over the years and couldn't be happier with them. The most recent job was a loft dormer extension and a new bathroom. Everything was completed to our satisfaction and their customer service post completion is first class.

Any issues during the build were highlighted and fully discussed and any changes were agreed upon. Sean and his lads were fantastic and treated our house with the greatest of resect throughout. Work areas were fully cleaned at the end of every day and they did all they could to keep disruption to a minimum.

The review comes with a massive recommendation and we will be using them again

Didn't go ahead as he keeps talking about my affordability and wants to judge that I cannot afford the extension even though we have more budget than what it takes in cash and mortgage.
Didn't get a good vibe of someone that I would like to give my harden money to extend our house. They might be good at building extensions but definitely not with a good attitude to talk to clients. He thinks I am trying to get a free consultation so want to charge for a consultation. Up to some extend its fine to charge to come around and give advice but trying to judge our capability without knowing anything is not a good attitude whatsoever.
