Gerat course
Gerat course, very practical and many impressions from a coach with much experience, also in dirty details and pitfalls of scrum. I gathered many ideas on how to change and improve our currently used process. I can only recommend it.

Balanced Training and Team Exercises
The training was well thought out and gave us many opportunities to realise the content with team based exercises. We are already implementing internal team training based on what we have learnt and our teams are starting to embrace and benefit from this framework.

Great course, however test was not Product Owner orientated
Ok - it would have been better if we had a copy of the student guide so that we could make notes as we went along. Also there was no discussion around how to assemble a scrum/scrums yet there were questions on this in the test. Otherwise Alisdair was really clear and made the points covered easy to understand.

Thanks for the comments and I will take them on board, I prefer not to give out the student reference in the training as the past experience has been that those in the class tend to read rather than engage. If you received questions related to Scrum of Scrum in the Product Owner assessment it is a bit disappointing that this type of random question does make it in. As a complementary practice in the scrum framework this is not the main topic in the product owner course beyond understanding the Product Owner is per Product not per team. I am happy to discuss in the forum provided any topics you feel would have provided you with better preparation.

Excellent training, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
Two of us from our company did the scrum Professional Product Owner training with Alasdair who was very knowledgable both in the theory and application of scrum in organisations. He gave us some great tools and techniques to implement and to top it off we both passed the PSPO I on our first attempt! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AdaptDev.
