Adapterfamily Reviews 

My review in the form of an email sent to their customer service department following the realisation that my client would need to wait for a product ordered from said company on the assumption that they were based in the UK. I only hope that the product is as described.

I sincerely hope that the trust pilot reviews are not correct. I sincerely hope that you're in the business of selling genuine goods and not cheaper products in their place..
You have already mislead me into purchasing the above Genuine Asus power adapter with the assumption that your website- "Adapter Family. co.uk was based in the United Kingdom.
Only did I realised that you are actually based In China, when I received the tracking information.
You are obligated to by trading standards to represent your company in a lawful and honest manner. Your business is a dot com (. com) and not, co.uk. You have to change this. Your Web address is in fiolation of Google Advertising to which I will be contacting.
To conclude. I not only hope that the product you have sent is as advertised as a genuine Asus product.,that you are a genuine business and not just about taking our money from the UK under false pretence.
I anticipate a reassuring reply and expect to be absolutely satisfied with your product even if posted from China.
Altough I doubt that you will supply me with a response if the reviews are correct.

"Pay per click "advertising is the only option to ensure that adapterfamily. Co. Uk trades legally as a business or not at all. Click their ad often to increase their advertising costs only if you are genuinely dissatisfied. No trolling please.

It took over 30 days for delivery. I contacted them multiple times. Even tried tracking the shipping They never replied. Do NOT recommend working with this company.

Wasted 30 euro on a cheap Chinese knockoff that took over a month to arrive from China (they advertise it's coming from the UK- LIE!!) And then it didn't even work, total refusal to answer my emails or give me a refund. I will never deal with this shower of scam artists again!!

I ordered January 1st 5-7 day via DHL. The tracking number shows it shipped Jan 8 from Singapore via Singapore Post. Then arrived in L.A. the 11th and handed over to USPS. It is now the 20th and I have not received the adapter. No reply to my emails for an explanation. If I knew it was going to take a month I would've paid full price. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.

Adapter Family are awful. Very bad customer service - in fact, it does not seem to exist. My laptop battery arrived late. Then it did not work. I have contacted them 5 times and had no reply to return the item. That is £40 wasted. The company gives the impression it is based in London, but it is in China. I know there are lots of great Chinese companies. This is not one of them. Avoid this company - they are thieves and give China a bad name.

My initial understanding from their website was that they are UK based company (guessing from the web address) and they deliver very fast as they say on their website that they deliver within 2-5 business days. It took nearly 3 weeks for the delivery to arrive. During that waiting time, I found out that the adapter had actually been delivered all over from China not from the UK, which I wouldn't have minded if they had been honest about it. When the adapter finally arrived, I found out that they sent me a completely wrong adapter than what I ordered and of course didn't work for my laptop. I emailed them number of times but received no response whatsoever. Very bad service and dishonest information on the website. I recommend everyone to stay away from them and to avoid wasting your time and money!

They STOLE MY MONEY and lied about the returns. I have requested a return immediately after realizing I had gotten the wrong item.
I have sent a return request (as per their return policy) 4 TIMES with only one elusive answer.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I dont know when my package arrive they gave me the tracking number but it never work on DHL shipping company
If i lose money how can i get it back ?

I also made the mistake of purchasing an adapter from this company thinking it was based in the UK. Sent the wrong adapter and am now 3 weeks awaiting an RMA which I believe will never arrive. Please be advised not to make the same error - buy your adapter elsewhere.

Stay well away, sent an adapter that wasn't powerful enough and tried to tell me I had ordered the wrong one. They said they had sent a replacement but it never arrived and now are ignoring e-mails!

They are a fake company. I ordered a laptop charger from them a while ago and never received it. I wrote to them but no reply. There was no other way to contact them. They took the money but didn't send any product back!!!!!
They have their website name as a UK based one but then when searched for them, it seems they are in US and also China. Very fishy. Don't trust them. I only leave this review so others wont be in my situation too.
