The course for CCBA certification was great and beneficial. It is very structured and provides a great overlook of the BABOK topics.
The question bank available as part of the course is beneficial for understanding the question structure of the exam and is excellent for revision.
The only reason not to give it five stars is that sometimes the question bank website was unavailable when I tried to access it. This could be due to my location, but it can be frustrating when I have allocated time.

Great learning platform to really improve your skills. A lot of information and resources as well for the industry. Only issue is the fact that you have to download the learning docs in thinkific to have access to them. It would be nice if we can just view it online and also have the option to download if we want.

I got a wonderful experience with Adaptive US when I was preparing CBAP certification. I regard Adaptive US as my very helpful partner in Business Analyst career. It's worth choosing Adaptive!

I completed the CCBA course work through your company. I was taking the courses when the pandemic was starting to hit big. I logged back into my account and noticed I no longer had access to the materials. If I purchased the courses, I thought I would have access to the material any time I needed it. It would be nice to still have access to those the materials as reference or just to refresh my skills. The customer service provided by your company was excellent and the course material and instructors were awesome.

Great learning experience with Adaptive US Inc. very informative and useful tutorials, virtual live sessions with instructors. Customer service is excellent, receiving prompt responses and resolving any concerns with the course in a timely manner within 24 hours. Great material to cover CBAP certification, easy to navigate the Suxeed tool, lots of materials offered to ease studyings for the user. Would recommend to anyone to choose Adaptive US Inc.

I had to request extension for a month and the payment process was very easy.

It’s been a great learning experience with Adaptive US. Trainers are very skilled and knowledgeable with years of BA experience which helps the learners to get an insight of the BA journey and challenges.

Not satisfied with the course provided.
It is hard to navigate to the course, not user friendly.
Moreover, it’s only a business strategy to buy all products. Wasted my money in paying 500$

Overall the experience with Adaptive Us was good, with a plus on the access to Suxeed platform and materials.

Adaptive US Inc. is an amazing place to get prepared for IIBA certifications and also to gain good BA knowledge from experienced staff. All the staff members have real-time experience and the way they connect the BA concepts to real-life examples helps the student to grasp the concept clearly and help in the BA journey. I recommend their courses to all.

I dont have any complaints. But a few suggestions :

1- The tests provided should shuffle every time a student takes the test from scratch. Sometimes , my personal experience, I tend to remember the answers if I've done the test multiple times. So it would be great to jumble up the questions and choices so it feels like a brand new test.
2- Its best to show the percentage on the test, so when we take the test again we don't need to first review it to see how we did before. If it can be shown on the test icon or something, it would be great. Just a bit more user friendly.
3- If this is possible, it will be nice to have an exam day. Like a mock exam for all the students together so we know what we can expect.

It has been a great experience learning on your platform.
I have attended webinars that have impacted positively on my career. I am a better Business Analyst using your resources.

Enrolling in Adaptive US was the best decision i made in 2021. The course structure is very elaborate, the tutors are very knowledgeable. The mock up exams are very useful and will guide us in every concept. The customer service is very good and they answer every question very promptly.

LN I liked your teaching style. The faculties I liked best are yourself and Victoria.
The reasons for the above being the ability to breakdown concepts and make it very easy to understand them even differentiating between concepts that were very very close in their nature. B. Giving practical everyday examples and experiences C. most of all not encouraging and not making students fear the exam.
I have not taken the exam unfortunately and yet want to with all of my heart if your program had some kind of concierge service it would be extremely helpful what I mean by that is some form of outreach from you or your staff to hand hold and get the student across the finish line. Some students may struggle with carving out time to study for others it may be doing more practice for some it would be setting small goals to complete the learning...whatever may be the reason.
I can say for myself I am extremely motivated but for some reason have not got down to completing it and some kind of concierge service would greatly help. I would take the exam and also be successful and your graduation rate will greatly improve for sure.
Most importantly incorporate some way for small groups of maybe 3 so that the 3 in the group support / help and encourage one another to ensure getting to the finish line. Group support will be very helpful to completing the mission.
