The Adaro payment plan I use with my optician Vision Express is first class. Gone are the days of large bills for news glasses and eye tests etc etc and this plan offers me affordability, I do a yearly eye test and have the choice of quality frames - at a monthly payment affordable to me. All communication from both Adaro and Vision Express is clear and concise, with in branch customer service excellent. Eyecare is important and Adaro and Vision Express do all the rights things to help you achieve it.

One of the things that attracts me to Vision Express is the Adaro Optics payment plan which makes the sometimes expensive cost of glasses more manageable through the interest free credit payment scheme.
The approval process takes no more than a minute and the paperwork(agreement) is sent through to my email address very quickly.

Extremely poor customer support. When the retailer breached their contract and goods were supplied not fit for purpose through their finance, Adaro Optics refused to accept responsibility — even though the law makes them jointly liable with the retailer. Shows no understanding of consumer protection or how to handle complaints correctly. Not a company I’d trust again.

Adaro run the Rewards Scheme for contact lens delivery to customers on behalf of Boots.
Adaro inherited a mess as the last suppliers left Boots in the muck.
that said, Adaro clearly don’t have the resources to clean the mess up. - there is no response to my complaints and my lenses are weeks late - i’ve had to get Boots to do a manual order from the manufacturer to tide me over. it’s an absolute shambles for Boots and Adaro. it’s been happening for months. someone needs to get in and get it sorted. I’m looking for another supplier after a decade of faultless service.

Had I been advised that my replacement spectacles were ready for collection I would have been happy to give a 5 Star response, but as it has been nearly 4 weeks since the placement of my order with no further notification from Vision Express that they had received them I am becoming concerned as to whether there is a problem.

Great option to pay your designer glasses. Very affordable. Bonus part? Insurance is inclusive!!! I always look forward for my new glasses each time!

This is a great financial option for me, going to Vision Express, because 2 pairs of new glasses are not really affordable in one go.
All the options were explained clearly - transition lenses, thinner lenses, different types of work glasses - and how much each option would change the monthly payments.

The professional and knowledgeable staff and their friendly and caring attitude to customers.
