I rated this a three because 1) the three dresses I ordered were beautiful and vibrant in color, well made and truly would have been slimming. 2) the dresses with the seams under the breast came across mine. Very awkward looking. 3) did not run true to size. 4) I went to send back to Exchange for larger size and I would have to pay the shipping to ENGLAND. My fault I should have read better before submitting my order. Oh well. I will sale to someone locally and try and recoup my money. Another FB sponsor debacle. And it took five weeks to get to me

The dress is exactly as pictured just took a long time to receive it. I will purchase again, I’ll just know to expect a wait next time.

The items are very different in size

I liked the dresses but was disappointed that they were not cotton. I don't like synthetics

Took forever to receive my order. Only two items were in stock, so received a refund on the third. Items were short from shoulder to bust area. Hits right across the bust vs under the bust.

At first I was worried that the dress would not be as nice as pictured but I was pleasantly surprised! It is true to size (approx. size 14) and appears well made! Am anxious to take it with me on our upcoming vacation!

Very pleased with the quality of the product, right size and exactly what I was expected. I bought it for a family photo shoot and was nervous it wouldn’t come in time, but they pull through and the item came early than expected.

Very nice dresses, I ordered three. Very Cute and comfortable. Customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would order again.

This BLACK dress was a good experience. Arrived on time and in good condition. One of the last two pink ones I ordered, one was defective and I was not offered to have another one sent to me, or a refund, even after providing pictures of the defective dress. But I love the pink one that was in good condition and the black one. I just wish it had been better customer service in making the defective one experience a satisfactory one. I was disappointed in that.

Disappointing and unsatisfactory service.
I recently bought a dress for $36.99 plus $14.99 shipping. It arrived and was way more sheer than it looks on the website, I didn't even try it on it was so wrong. I immediately wrote to customer service to ask for return documents to which they replied and asked for pictures (I sent) they then suggested a $7 refund. I replied that the fabric was not as advertised on the website and that I would need a full refund to which they replied offering a $15 refund and for me to keep the item as the cost of shipping would be "borne by yourself" and that they are in Dubai.
I replied to say that this was less than half of the cost even without shipping to which their response was to offer $20 and to keep the order but if I insist on returning they will return the money after they receive the package and won't bear the shipping cost.
This dispute is still not resolved and ironically, they sign off of their emails with "anything we can do for you...." Please save yourself a disappointment and shop elsewhere.
