I ordered some shopping trolley tokens form Adband. To begin with I must have go the YTS because when I chased my order after a few days to make sure it was in progress, it wasn't. Luckily I had got through to a supervisor and she then took over the order to make sure it happened.If I hadn't called I could see that my order would have slipped through the net. The goods eventually arrived on the 'delivery takes up to' date. If they had come a few days earlier it might have been a bit of a wow factor to impress me but they didn't. The tokens are screen printed and looked nice when they arrived but the quality is poor as we have already had a few break and the printing rubs off really easily. It might have been nice if they had warned you that this might happen, in which case I would have considered an engraved option or a different finish. I'm afraid they haven't done anything that would have be rushing back to buy from them again.

Adband were easy to work with and I was always able to contact a member of their team either by phone or e-mail with any questions I had. I was also able to meet a member of their team at their office to discuss options for my order and see samples of products they had previously made.

We had used them before for the same things and they found our old order so I didn't need to sort through loads of paperwork to find all the details which is great as when we changed our systems it became hard to look back on archived orders. Requested an updated quote in case of price increase, I think the whole process took a day from being asked to order to actually placing the order.
Just what you need from a company when you are ordering something you know little about, they just did what I asked, shame we do not order from them more often as would make more life easier.

I ordered 3,000 silicone wristbands and was impressed with the service I recieved. Adband matched the pantone of our logo and it didn't cost more to have 3 different coloured bands with the same design.
I am part of a network of 21 children's charities attached to one of the biggest media groups in the world, and now all the other charity managers are looking at buying the wristbands too. I have just enquired about ordering upto 100,000 and the staff were really helpful as the request was complicated by needing 20 different radio station logos alongside one charity logo.

My company were looking for ad loop key rings to give out at an expo and found Adband prices to be very competitive. I emailed a query over regarding whether our logo & my design idea would fit on the loops and within a couple of days, not only was there a reply but a proof sent back, even before an order was seriously contemplated, never mind placed. This was great communication and very clever salesmanship...it was sold on me!
I was rather dubious as to the quality of what seemed to be the cheapest priced 'Ad loops' on the market but was pleasantly surprised on delivery. We now share our key rings with ALL of our customers. An all round very pain free purchasing experience and excellent service provided. I'll definitely be buying more products in 2014 and beyond. We ordered some personalised sticky bugs for a promotion. Once we had ironed out the query regarding method of payment, delivery was slick and the products exactly what we wanted. Would recommend that alternative ways to pay can be made available to schools who don't pay by proforma.

We recieved printed wristbands which rubbed off within days of wearing them. When I emailed Neesha to ask about them she was quick to solve the problem and help us out providing us with some debossed bands to keep our people happy. Was very pleased with how quickly we was dealt with.
