Our cooperation with this network ended in a very frustrating way.

A technical issue led to a disruption, and although we attempted to fix the situation promptly, the reaction from their side was overly aggressive and inflexible. Instead of focusing on resolving the problem, the approach felt punitive and strictly contractual.

The partnership was terminated unilaterally, accompanied by additional charges. The overall handling lacked proportionality and willingness to collaborate.

This experience significantly undermined our trust in their partnership philosophy.

Slow replies, rudeness, totally bad personal experience with them.

We've belonged to a bunch of networks. This currently is by far the most lucrative one for us. Great team and great publishers available.

Our company did not benefit from that at all. Now that we are shutting down our business, they want us to pay a 500 € fine. Seriously? For nothing at all? Also, there is no option to close the program (at least until the contract expires because we certainly won't pay 500 € to prematurely end a service that's useless for us).
