I am writing this to warn everyone about the unethical practices of AdCreative.ai.

This platform uses "dark patterns" and misleading interface traps to trick users into activating expensive plans (in my case, a §290 plan) without clear intent or consent. They force you to provide credit card details before even testing the service, which is the first red flag.

The worst part is their "support." I requested a refund immediately after the accidental activation on February 23rd. They confirmed they would process the refund and promptly removed all credits from my account.

However, today is March 30th, and after more than a month of stalling and excuses, I have still not received my money. They took back the service (credits) but kept my money. This is unacceptable and constitutes a total lack of transparency.

I have now lost all hope in their "assistance" and have initiated a chargeback/dispute process through my bank to recover my funds.

STAY AWAY from this company if you value your money. They make it easy to pay but impossible to get a refund, even when the mistake is caused by their own misleading design.

Great product, great customer service. Easy to use with demos offered.

I am a student, and I mistakenly registered with Adcreative. I requested a refund just outside the 7 day refund period and Adcreative provided me with a full refund. I dealt with Gary, and he was very supportive. Thankfully there are companies like Adcreative that do the right thing by their customers.

Really excited to get testing this platform with my multiple clients. The analytical feature is great and it has loads of options to diversity my creative. Aoife was fantastic on the demo and really thorough in showing the platform, thank you!

hi , the ability and fetures are amazing,, but need an expert who can use this more, and unfotunatly Arabic languge NOT supported for current time.

Plus the automatic payment for 1 month is awful and extreamly expinsive, I was charge without notis you need make the trial as trail not to force people to join this how business shouldbe

Stay away from this service.

I was suddenly charged €361.82 on my credit card without any clear authorization. I never agreed to a subscription, didn’t start a trial, and received no emails or warnings beforehand.

The last time I used anything related to this platform was in 2023, so this charge makes absolutely no sense.

Very disappointing and concerning. I strongly recommend others not to use this service and to keep a close eye on their payments.

The software is excellent. I highly recommend if you need this and as a small business can afford the investment. The customer service and response times for any questions is immediate.

AdCreative was great to work with.

It was helpful for a set of projects. And when I no longer needed AC, the company made parting ways easy too.

The people working on the customer experience are great. I had to ask for a refund, and it was processed in a very respectful and gentle way. As soon as I can, I will go back to AdCreative.ai because of its customer service

Wonderful presentation - easy to comprehend. The software seems fairly easy to navigate and invaluable for ad creation that converts.

It was my first time joining such nice live demo. Within minutes after I explained what it is that we expect to be doing with Adcreative, she was on road heading towards the goal. In plain English, very quick and clearly she walked us through anticipating on me fine tuning the process after the live demo. Awful company do not use!!! Stay away from this company unless you want to lose lots of money!!! I did the 7 day free trial and signed up for their basic package. My account was debited for the professional package taking over £250.00 out of my account which i had not authorised. They agreed to give me a refund of 90% of this which was on the 1st of March and I'm still awaiting the refund. I have contacted them several times but to no avail!!
Do not use its a con!!!

UNAUTHORISED CHARGES and Very BUGGED app and interface, did the work 5 times for the same banners, still got the error showing no images in the banners.

adcreative.ai is a great SCAM, put in your credit card number and after you will find no way how to take off or cancel. Your try a 100$ "product" and you have to pay 400$. Why do they do this: there is simply NO AI on it, it's just a canva showing up different models but when you realise it's too late. Why do they charge $400 suddenly it's because they know that you won't stay. Take a look at this scam "companies" address on google maps and YOU WILL NOT EVEN TRY : 40 Rue des Blancs Manteaux, 75004 Paris.

I have not had the chance to use AdCreative.ai's platform yet, but I wanted to leave a review specifically about the customer support experience I had with Aoife.

I ran into a billing issue after signing up for a free trial and forgetting to cancel in time. It was a stressful situation for me as a one-person small business, but Aoife handled the entire process with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. She communicated clearly and worked hard to find a resolution that worked for both sides.

I am still genuinely interested in trying AdCreative.ai when my schedule allows, and the way the support team handled my case has left me with a positive impression of the company overall.

A useful And practical demo to help showing how to generate ads in effective ways. Also showing other good references and features that are awesome too.

Deceptive practices. I cancelled my trial before the 7 days and they charged me 339. The agent, said I didn't cancel and then he said it was 1 minute after the 7th day.
