Ordered sparklers and a few other small bits and paid for express delivery. A day or two later I received an email saying "your order was cancelled at your request", but I never cancelled my order so this was a lie.
I emailed them to find out why it had been cancelled and I got the shortest reply ever saying "we do not offer express delivery to this postcode".
So instead of having a website setup to recognise this postcode issue at check out, or instead of emailing/phoning to ask if I minded waiting a couple of days extra for my order they just cancelled it and lied telling me it was cancelled at my request. I have ordered from elsewhere now who do deliver to my postcode and won't be using addcolours.co.uk again.
