I was very surprised to find this seller thru facebook marketplace i have been looking for a place to buy squishmallows online for awhile they come all brand new with tags and packeged with care and even gave me a free bluejays thing for my phone im not a fan of baseball but its the thought that counts this is my second time purchasing off of them and nothing but great things to say always very respectful and gave me all the reassurance i needed to make a deal sending me photos thruout the packing process and even giving me tracking on my package have worked with this seller directly and can ensure there team is trustworthy :)

I'm sorry for your bad experience with us, we had got in touch in you with this situtation and explain the reason with the past shipment company. We had on going mail conversations and agreed to give you a full refund and send you free products with no cost. you agreed to drop dispute but didn't happen, and we risk of extra charge which we won in this caase. We are fair and honest company and always do more and beyond, and rectified situation everytime as quickly as possiblely can.

I finally got Eloise! She arrived in nearly perfect condition I’m so happy to have her, but she had soap? or something on her head that was easily washed off though thankfully

Nonexistent Customer Service
I wanted to cancel my order to purchase a different toy after initially placing my order, but the store page doesn't have the option to cancel your order directly.
They do say that order cancellations within 3 hours can be accepted on the FAQs section of the website, so I reached out to them via email within the hour, and followed up several times in the following couple of days, but they didn't respond to me for over a week.
I tried both the email listed on their website and even their instagram page, which they link to on the store website, but didn't receive responses on either.
Finally, they responded to me 8 days after I initially ordered saying it had shipped and that it was too late to get a refund. I reached out to them again asking for clarification, since I followed the process on their website to the T, but haven't gotten a response from them 4 days later.
Absolutely mind-boggling. The product is fine, but don't expect any semblance of customer support when buying from this website. Buyer beware.
