Months of waiting & no shoes. Total scam. Luckily I paid with Paypal, who have been great. They have informed me today that they have recovered the purchase price, and will credit my account today. Do not buy from addictgear, you will not receive anything.

3 months and nothing. E-mails not answered. But they managed to send a review mail, how I liked the goods that I had received!

They accepted my order and visa payment several months ago, but delivery nowhere to be seen. Mails remain unanswered. Don't order with this company !

I ordered FUROSHIKI Wrapping Shoes on 28th of APRIL. I received the email of the shipment saying "Your order is on the way" on 13th of MAY. The product never arrived. I sent several emails but I never got answered

Same here... Should have looked for reviews before buying with addictgear.

Same deal as everyone else. Sent money received nothing. I guess luckily, I purchased with Paypal and I have escalated my claim. Hopefully, paypal will be able to give me my money back. I hope paypal will shut them down. If you have used an actual credit card, just dispute the charge with the credit card company.

Ordered pair of shoes and they never arrived.
And no response on e mail. Bad

Same as others. Buy a pair of shoes and never received, never answered mail. Maybe if we stick together agains this shop we can win a demand

I ordered the same shoes (2 pairs), as many people here did.
That was on May 13.
On May 21 they mailed me, and said the package had been shipped.
Nearly 3 month and several complaining emails later (No response), I haven't received anything.
Not even a tracking number, which I have been asking for several times.

As many people have concluded, this is a scam!

SCAM!!!
My credit card got charged, but I never recieved any goods. I have tried to reach them without any luck. It's been over 2 months since I made my order. Stay away from this company.

Made same experience. ordered in may 2017 .... Order confirmed, ..... today august 2017 not received NOTHING.

Less than one star. This is a minus star and could be worse than a scam. It could be theft/robbery, pure and simple. They refuse to respond to any email or contact attempts by me via their web site. The gmail address of the contact within the company appears on my paypal account. You can check it on your own. I will not publish it here.
I used paypal and have started a chargeback process via Mastercard. Facebook allowed this ad to appear and therefore bear responsibility for the money anyone has lost plus the inconvenience and time wasted by us and within credit card companies and paypal in getting money back and trying to contact this scam artist. Facebook have the capacity to review Trustpilot automatically (without human intervention) and protect their billion plus users from well known scams.

I got my money back from Mastercard.
It was a scam.

I ordered FUROSHIKI Wrapping Shoes on 27th of May. I recieved the email of the shipment saying "Your order is on the way" on 8th of June. The product never arrived. When I asked about the shipment on 28th of July by email I never got answered.

this is a scam website. If you do fail and end up buying from here, make sure to buy via paypal so you can get your money back after they fail to deliver or reply to any messages (despite open dispute claim with paypal - I tried writing to them via the order confirmation, the website contact form, the email address supplied by paypal and via paypal UI itself and after 1month they have not replied to any). They basically take your money and then run. I was also a purchaser of Furoshiki shoes who never received anything and would also have liked to rate this company 0 stars.

If only reviews can be made without giving the stars rating, i would do so. I won't give any stars at all. Same with everyone, i never receive my furoshi shoes. I have emailed more than 2 times. I never thought of checking the reviews before purchasing😥.

It is a scam. I saw lots of people purchasing in the web. Or its a scam too?

As with other reviews, I saw some Furoshiki shoes advertised on an article from The Independent via Facebook. Complete waste of time and money... two months after taking my money I have no shoes and no further email correspondence. How they are allowed to advertise on Facebook I have no idea. I will be more careful in the future!

Same as the rest. Husband Ordered shoes, paid by credit card, had order confirmation, told that order had been dispatched....two months later, no shoes, e mails ignored.

Same story- clicked link through Facebook. Order d wrap shoes..... got an email to say that my order had been revived. Then heard nothing.

Did an internet search and found all the bad reviews. Contacted the company's by email. No response. I meediately contacted PayPal and raised it. The company responded via PayPal advising me that if I had not received my item by Sunday 13th July then I "could raise this with PayPal"

I got an email that evening saying the item had been posted with the same .... tracking available on request rubbish..... emailed and requested tracking info..... again no response.

Raised this as a dispute with PayPal on 14th July and got my money back in my acoount yesterday..

They are now using a different URL but are the same lying, thieving crooks.

Same as all the rest. Addictgear who sell the FUROSHIKI wrap shoes. Took my money and never sent anything. Tried to get my money back form Paypal, not sure whether that'll work. Makes me think that I'll stop using paypal to pay for things as well - at least with my credit card I can report as fraud and get a refund.

Just like others here, never got my order.
08.06.2017 they informed that my order is already on it's way and tracking information is available upon request.
But after my email requests of that tracking code - silence

Ordered / paid 19th May....

Will today inform authorities about this company
