Purchased product never arrived

I bought an adidas product via the App, paid my money and told it would be with me by 29.6.26, that date came and went and nothing so I went online and via live chat was told sorry, item is out of stock, if I hadn’t corrected them I would have been left waiting, what a poor service, 1st and last time I will be buying from Adidas.

I’m trying to wean myself off Amazon and I had the choice of using alternative sites for my purchase plus from Adidas UK and paid additional for speedy postage. Due to a glitch on the website my address did not appear complete on the shipping label. Entirely not my fault and when I ‘spoke’ to the friendly customer service bot there was no real apology to start with. There was just an offer for me to buy again!!! Pay again with no guarantee that it would be corrected! I’ve not had the time to investigate but I bet it’s a case of poor choice of outsourcing of process and management. I expected quality from a brand like Adidas instead I got sub standard crap service. Don’t use these people, Adidas UK online deserve to disappear , which I think they will. I bet they are losing money which I trust that they will disappear ASAP. I have gone back to Amazon…

Waited In for my Addidas / Evri…

Waited In for my Addidas / Evri delivery twice. Both times they did not deliver, total waste of time. So its a 1 star for Addidas for using Evri.

Not the first time I have had problems with Evri, seems companies are using them for cheapness. Definitely not for quality

Don't care about fakes.....

I bought an Addidas top off ebay and suspected it was fake, so I contacted Addidas, who basically told me its not their problem. They don't seem to care if their goods are being forged and they really don't value customer loyalty. I've been buying their goods for 30 years, I'm now done with them.

I wouldn’t buy these for my worst enemy!

Supposed to be an experienced sports brand, how could the sport be performed with any skill in such cheap dangerous non performing equipment, its an insult to all skaters, surely Addidas you should've brought in proper skaters to help you develop this product, they are cheap & nasty, none of you can obviously skate and god knows who tested them & passed them for you, I wouldn’t waste my money on a heap of cheap plastic.

Refund not given

Made order, completely wrong trainers arrived. Returned them next day, these were delivered to Addidas on 30th January, it's now 22nd February and I still haven't received my refund! Many emails sent most ignored, said delay in refund but this is completely unacceptable. Trainers were for daughter's birthday so I had to purchase another pair elsewhere, they arrived next day and were the correct order.
Poor customer service from Addidas UK would not recommend them.

This company has a poor customer…

This company has a poor customer service. If you order and the delivery is partial or non delivery it will need you to initiate small court claims action, which obviously you would only do if the evidence was self evident. You are better of using a different brand. The company is unbelievably arrogant in assuming it cannot possibly be at fault, going so far as to not even consider evidence from its own courier.

New gym gear and a smooth return

Ordered some new training gear as I've juts joined the gym. A few training tops and a few pairs of shorts. Kept most of them but one pair of shorts was too small. Returned using the return slip included. No dramas. Received the refund a few days later, as expected. Nice and smooth service. Have been a regular of adidas for years for a reason.

I walked into the Addidas store in Westfield White City. And I walked out straight away due to the poor level of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Totally shocked and disappointed. I didn’t take down the name of the employee but she was rude

Poor quality products. Lint everywhere

I purchased a hoodie from Addidas which got on at different places. I raised issue with Addidas Uk support who refused to give an alternate of my hoodie. After chat Addidas chat person Sabina closed it by saying user did not respond within one minutes of my last message. Terrible customer service and poor quality products but high prices.

Had rugby boots for 7 months they…

Had rugby boots for 7 months they split,contacted adidas response was brilliant send boots back and money was refunded no fuss no worries, ordered new boots delivered in 3 days, service brilliant a lot of companies should follow their customer service, once again brilliant service 👏

I ordered some new running shoes and they arrived before the estimated time of arrival which is fantastic, great quality, and great service from a great brand
