Awful customer service

Awful customer service, the worst I’ve ever received actually! Charged the full price when they sent the item with a reduced sticker, refusing to refund the difference. For such a big company this is diabolical ! Sort it out addidas! You are a decent brand but your customer service lets you down! I was a loyal customer but now I will never buy from you again!

Poor quality product and long delivery

Waited for my track suit. Took about two months. Later arrived in low quality and the fabric is fading after one wash. The customer care was rude to me when i reached out and yet i paid for it. I am furious about this. Never shopping with adidas. This is a warning to anyone planning to buy anything from the, They are not professional and deserve nothing. Just boycott addidas for your peace of mind and save on your money!!!!!!

I got the wrong thing sent

I got the wrong thing sent, and then returned it. I can see my returning got delivered a week ago and they haven’t even checked it. So bad service.

They are pretty good

They are pretty good. The service is not bad as well. However, I will give it 4 stars because they have had bad service in the past, I signed up for the pant notification when it is available, but it took forever and I never receive any information about that.

Mixed bag

Mixed bag - returned an item - used the QR code - no labels needed. good service
Very much depends on you talk to. I have spoken to a couple who of people who were decent and then one who was very rude. I was told you cannot talk to a manager - by Rachel (10.11.22 14:00hrs) and had to deal with an incredibly rude operative called Yad (10.11.22 13:50hrs) - who was not only rude but incompetent, telling me I couldn't receive a QR code.
Its a shame Addidas are using these call centres because their customer care can be extremely abrasive.

Predator boots.
bought a pair of predator football boots and the sole started to peel away on the boot I contacted addidas to see return the boot and they basically didn't want yo know as it was bought in store in England and I live in Ireland absolutely terrible service £300 pair of boots in the bin
