I initially joined Addison Consultancy last 2021. Now I am back and the company culture is still fantastic as ever! Addison Consultancy values its people above all others. Not to mention the bosses, they are welcoming and accommodating as they can be. They will push you to do better each day. Everyone is kind, fun, collaborative, and supportive. I have high expectations coming from New Zealand -- I knew what I wanted and what I deserved; but I also knew not to expect too much as my friends and family would keep reminding me so. There was also this fear that if I do not learn to settle, I will completely miss out.

This was not the case with Addison. I did not have to settle - I wanted to be part of the company for the sole fact that they embody my own personal set of beliefs and values. This became evident when I was talking to Craig, the owner - he is an amazing guy who has this huge respect for Filipinos and believes in their abilities. He gave off this vibe that he did not build this company to use Filipinos for his own gain, but truly believes in what can be achieved as a collective and also what other companies/clients can build having Filipino VAs alongside them.

I applied to many different companies for various positions before crossing paths with Addison Consultancy. I was actually on the verge of taking another offer from another VA company when ADDC came along. I must say I was amazed at how detailed the process was to get through as an applicant. From this experience I realised they take things seriously and they obviously want only the best people to work for them. This ignited the competitive side of me as I always love a good challenge and a healthy one at that. I wanted and needed to pass all the stages. Please do not get me wrong, the assessments were not that difficult - they were just new to me so I was thrilled by that.

Then I got in! The second part was the process of being onboarded. It was a smooth process and Craig was there along the way. The first few months, I had my 1:1 chats with Craig which were very important to me. All our conversations were honest and always about how I can improve in my work and vice versa. I am not afraid to give my honest feedback because I just know he will listen and not take things personally. He also has this way of turning problems into solutions - turning conversations into plans and there are always actionable steps afterwards.

I mentioned before that if they do all that work during the hiring stage then they must have the best people on board, and they truly do. I work alongside amazing Filipinos who never fail to inspire or surprise me with their talents and skills. Any client or company would be so lucky to have them.

Addison Consultancy will be there with you throughout your journey and they give importance to professional and personal development. They want people to win, achieve, and do great things. I am very grateful that I am still here and I am growing with the company.

My experience with Addison Consultancy has been great. Everyone is friendly and supportive not only Addison's staff but also including fellow VA's. I have always been honest with my limited computer skills and so they made it clear that I can always ask for help, and during my first few months, I've always been asked about any challenges that I may be experiencing, and no question of mine was treated unimportant. Activities like lunch club meeting gives us the chance to know more of each other, however, my schedule as a mom would often make me miss attending but on the few times that I was able to, I had so much fun and felt closer to the team. Always open to hear out salary disputes and gladly resolve the issue right away. Salary and benefits is very competitive which makes me even more excited to work and continue to be a part of this growing agency because I know that there's more to come

I've been in the company for over 1 month now and so far my experience is good. I like that Craig takes time to have a catch up meeting with the employees especially the new ones. My client is also great to work with. I'm still trying to learn and understand their culture but so far, it's great.

From the inquiry, application and hiring process, everything was very professional and prompt. They always respond to any query and would always help for any concern. The culture was great.
