facemasks did not fit but shirts were OK
facemasks did not fit and they would not give a refund or replace them. Shirts were OK but the crackly substance behind buttons drove everyone nuts!

Great company and product
We ordered to sets off jerseys from addix and both were better than expected. The cost was great for the quality of work. Addix even matched one of our current jerseys to a T. Customer service was excellent.

Disappointed
I was told that the shirts were unisex and they are in fact NOT unisex. Asked for compensation and was denied any form. Liked the design sizing was just way off. No one fit the shirts pall were extremely big

Placed 2 larger custom hat orders
Placed 2 larger custom hat orders. The 2nd order had a defective hat, reached out to the sales team multiple times for a solution to replace the hat (pictures were sent) only to be left hanging with no reply/solution. We will not use Addix again.

Good company, better service!
We were looking for jerseys for my sons travel baseball team. I inquired with Addix because they were doing everything in-house and they were located about an hour from us. The sales rep (Liz) was great to work with and her design team did a great job of working with us to finalize our ideas. We did a lot of the design in Illustrator, but they fine tuned everything and filled in some of the gaps that we missed. Patient is the word I would use to describe the design folks at Addix. We were up to 14 revisions on a couple of our jerseys (we ended up with 4 different jerseys). Approval process was easy, but entering the final order details was a bit cumbersome. Again, Liz stepped in and did a great job at making it simple. We added another player after our initial order was complete and getting jerseys for him was super easy. Provide name, number, and quantities. Approve, pay, and the following week we had our additional set of uniforms. That was why I wanted to work with Addix...they advertise one of the quickest turnarounds in the game, and they delivered. Assuming their products hold up to our 16yr olds for the season, I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others. Thanks Addix!!!

Highly recommend
We ordered ordered team singlets and personalized singlets for our high school team. I was very happy with the turns around time on these singlets. They were also great to work with on the design part of the setup. The kids really like the fit and feel of these singlets. All in all I would highly recommend addix sportswear. Also liked that they are made in USA.
