Fast, technical and genuinely helpful support
We recently integrated Addrevenue for our cosmetics ecommerce and had a tracking issue with duplicated UTM parameters. Peter from the technical team diagnosed the root cause quickly, fixed it on their side and even flagged an unrelated redirect issue on our server that was affecting other traffic sources — completely unprompted. That's the kind of support that's rare to find. The onboarding was smooth, the affiliate network is solid, and the no cure no pay model makes it a no-brainer for any ecommerce looking to scale through CSS and affiliate partners. Highly recommended.

Hidden cost - not trustworthy business
I was approached with a “no fees/no fixed costs” pitch, which is why I signed up. Immediately after registering, I learned there’s an additional 30% network surcharge on the commission offered by the advertiser. To me, that’s not transparent and feels underhanded.
To make matters worse, I couldn’t find a straightforward way to delete my account and had to request complete data deletion by email.
Bottom line: a shady sales tactic that shouldn’t fly these days. Put transparency first — that’s how you earn trust.

It was easy to use and pretty self explanatory. The only reason I gave it four stars was because the link provided was too long to copy and paste for my social media so I had to go to the link myself and then copy paste. For the most part, as a first time user, very easy to use.
