Hey Albert,
you did not use Slice at all, because $0.01 is the bonus you receive for signing up. Sounds like you never used any of our extensions or failed to connect one to your account.

Horrible site (do not waste your time)

Firstly, the pay is awful for the ads even after their new tab extension
Secondly, you have to wait 30 days for them to verify what you earned
Thirdly, there are minimum thresholds for payout even after they verify you earned
FOURTHLY, THEIR PAYOUT DOESN'T WORK AT ALL, I tried to withdraw though Bitcoin Lightning URL and it does not allow me to because it says their URL does not work.

I love it

I love it! Earned nearly 30$ with them, easy payout 30 days later using bitcoin lightning. The secret to more rewards for this app is to do surveys. Keep up the good work!

it is very difficult to request payment in this application, they ask us to wait 30 days to be able to make a withdrawal, but after 30 days later, still do not make a withdrawal. i will viralize this application, be careful you can be destroyed, if you continue to act like this.

Can earn buy slow, unless you have referrals

For passive income, if alone with no referrals, you are lucky to get $1 a month, but just by leaving pc on and installing a plugin only, don't expect too much, not as fast as honeygain but faster than pawn.app. u need at least 1k referral to earn some barely useful amount, dont count on it for your meals, but recommend to have it installed

Not fan of 30 days fraud prevention..

I do like the security safeguards but I think the 30-day fraud prevention period is a little too much. It’s actually a quite long wait for an access to only about $1 worth of Satoshi each month, and this can be annoying in case you want to start using your earned money right away.
However, the program is excellent in terms of having user-friendly interface and giving users a trouble-free experience.
I have high hopes for this service and anticipate some changes that will be made in future with it which will make it better.
I will provide an updated review once the 30-day restriction has been lifted.

doesn't pay enough.

Firstly. Pays in slices, not sats so they can manipulate how many sats they need to pay you based off their shipcoin.

Second. Very small amount paid compared to how little each ad pays and most of the time I see ads I'm not paid in 'slices'. I get an extra cookie opt in when I open my browser so that's fun. Barely even check the add-on because the payments are insignificant at the moment.
I work on my laptop for hours a day and I make about 0.1 slice a day. The video ads pay more but there's rarely one to watch. 500 slices = about 750 sats or $0.50 at the time of writing. I guess I just don't open new tabs enough while working and 0.1 'slice' per new tab just isn't enough to persuade me to do so.

updated, since you asked.

Hi R Jay,

you earn USD on Slice, not Bitcoin!

When the Bitcoin value fluctuates, your Sats in your account change. In this case, when the price of Bitcoin is going up, your Sats go down. If the price of Bitcoin is going down, it will also show MORE Sats in your account. This is very basic math and nothing is manipulated here 🙃

BEWARE! You will meet the fraudulent behavior experts!

I tried to re-login a few days earlier to my Slice dashboard and got that cryptic message:

"Account locked... fraudulent behavior...we are complete id**ts!"
Best regards your Slice-Team

Seriously? After using it for 3 weeks I finally came to something that is close to be mentioned countable for a payout you guys come up with something like that?

Got it... Slice = fraudulent behavior experts!

After reading some other 1-Star reviews I got a clue what happend. Probably someone used the same IP before. You guys think you are on the right path with it? Get back, do your homework again!

Come back if you understood how the internet works.

To potential customers:
STAY AWAY FROM IT! It's a Scam!

Account blocked for unknown reason.

I installed the Slice Plugins on my Chrome Browser and used it a few times. Got about 50 Slices.
Then I took a break of about 3 or 4 weeks and used my Edge Browser in that time without Slice.
Today I switched to Chrome again and wanted to login to the Slice Dashboard.
Got the message:
"Your account has been locked because of fraudulent behaviour."

What a joke! I did not even used it really...
How about telling people what they did wrong?
How about a temporary lock of 24 hours in case people did accidently something wrong and a email message?

Seems it's just one more scammer and data-phishing site, like all the others.

So, people don't waste your time with it!

@Slice response:

That's not true! No one added multiple accounts on my computer. I use a desktop system at work. My computer is password protected and I can see no evidence that someone unauthorized did use it.
What could be, that someone on the companies network had the same stupid idea to use Slice to earn some beer- or better coffee money and installed the Slice stuff.

So if duplicate use of IP addresses is an issue then I wonder how much users will be left at the end of the day?
Let's face reality:
We live in a mobile device world! According to the statistics of most websites people use their mobile devices commonly for surfing the web in more than 85% of the cases!

So the few people who are left on desktop systems use them in most cases at their workplaces.
What a surprise! ;)

So what we have now is:

1. Slice on mobile devices is not available.

2. If it will be ever available for mobile devices, we can not use it on public free WIFI networks, because someone else might do the same. It's a joke, isn't it?

3. If we use it while worktime at the company, the risk that someone else is using it leads to an account lock. Really cool thing! Means I have to inform all employees of the company I'm using Slice now at work to watch Ad's. I'm pretty sure my boss will be super happy if he get's informed about it. Can't wait for the big extra check I will receive from him at the end of the month.

4. This means we can only use Slice in a "safe" network on a desktop computer at home!
A network environment that we can fully control and ensure that no one else EVER will add Slice to their computers on that same network. In reality this means I have to inform all people in the family "I got Slice first! You are not allowed to use this!" LOL !!!!

5. The electricity cost of running my desktop computer at home for 1 hour are higher in my country and many other European countries as well, than what I could "earn" within 4 or 5 days using Slice.
If I ran my desktop computer at home, I usually use it for playing games. I'm willing to pay the electricity costs for my entertainment BUT NOT for watching your ad's in my free time! BIG LOL !!

Final conclusion:
It makes absolute no sense to install Slice on your computer as long as you can not ensure you have your IP address exclusively.

- no public WIFI networks
- no company networks
- no internet connections with dynamic IP's.

because in this case you never know, maybe someone who use Slice as well, got "your" current IP five minutes earlier. BOOM! Account locked! MEGA LOL!

I have no clue what kind of drugs you guys at Slice take, but I would advice you to stop using them!
Come down to earth and reality!

My review stays! You can loose your account on Slice at every single moment without a serious reason.
What they call "fraud" or "using multiple accounts" is a thing you can not control in most cases.
Actually this accuse is the standard casual reason that the whole "ptc industry" use to avoid payouts !

SLICE are the same Spammers as the others before!

PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM IT! YOU JUST WASTE YOUR TIME!

AND DON'T FORGET TO SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR FRIENDS, COLLEAGUES AND FAMILY !

Hello,

I have looked at the account using the Email you provided and it is not locked.

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

They will eventually screw you and no way to contact them

This looked like a good way to earn some sats and for a while it went well. When my balance was high enough to be worth sending to my wallet I suddenly found that my account was "locked because of fraudulent behaviour."

No further details were given so of course I went to their discord to find out what was going on. I was able to get to their discord but posting there was blocked so I went on to their recommended "help" section where they said we can contact them.

We can't. The "help center" is just a very sparse FAQ with no links to any contact method.

There is an increasing trend in online "services" to make it as hard as possible to contact the provider. I think if you are not ready to provide your service yet you should say so prominently on your site and carry on doing so until you become competent and professional.

Note to Slice: Iam being asked to send you my full name and phone number. You never had these and they are none of your business - instead I have sent my username. I am not sure but if that doesn't show up in your records then the username is clickforcharity.

They say there are ways to contact (below) and yes I did eventaully manage to but there was no discussion just reiteration - it's like all those "services" they don't need to look into things and they have too many members anyway. What I said stands - there is nothing you can do if they decide to end your account - nothing - no matter how many "support" options there are they are useless because they take no notice.

Hello,

I cannot find any account by that name.

There's a chat you can use on the "help center" - it's not just a sparse FAQ. + There's an Email address you can contact & an active Discord server.
