You can always tell the quality of a company when you have a complaint and how that complaint is handled when the cones arrived. I always video opening all my packages and two of the cones had been caught under the rack that holds the main combs. I just sent in a photograph of the damaged comb and said that it obviously needed replacing. I received an an email back very promptly informing me that one would be sent out this was done and in fact I received two fantastic Service all round. I can highly recommend this company I’ve been very impressed with the price of the products and the Service that they have offered particularly when an item was broken and that was dealt with extremely quickly. First class.
