I bought the Xmarketplace service through Adent and as someone who's never used wordpress to create a site their API was very helpful as a guide. However upon working on the site for around 2 weeks they had to redesign it after payment gateways ect where giving issues. It was abit frustrating waiting 2 months however the results in the end where well worth it as the new API was beautiful and i'm grateful in the end for it as it gave me time to learn wordpress site editing and plugins ect so when the time came for me to customize my site with the new API I knew what I was doing. Their service over email was as good as email gets (not my favorite form of support as its hard when you don't get an instant response that you can rebuttal if you have more questions) but then I found their skype support and this was amazing, any questions I had they answered (even when said question was something small/stupid in the end as I was new to wordpress.) Sam was extremely patient and kind (even when I interrupted his meetings with spontaneous skype calls to ask questions that in hind sight I probably could've googled.) For the price you pay the product and service you get is well worth it in the end I have no regrets signing up with this service.

Did a great job on the cam feed and very nicely done. Delivered on time. Understanding of the need of customers and support is very good. Great experience with Sam and his crew.

Sam was really patient with me and listened to me whenever I asked him something. He did not rush to explain anything, and he is really considerate of you. He is a really great guy I would not hesitate to ask him about anything in the future.

Iam not a easy customer but business relationship is a big trust and needs understanding in peoples work and respect each other. And also on every business where people work you have sometimes issues mistakes. after this period of working with them iam very happy to call them my team. i really can say give them time to make you satisfied and happy. The job what they do is very hard as i know from my experience. And NOOOO! This is not a fake review. To some bad reviews i wanna say: To say as i see something with virus is not true or to advertise an other script from other company, its not polite. Iam happy a lot of other people understand the Job that adent.io is doing. To the bad reviewers: You don't understand! Feel free to reach out to me I've you have questions.

I emailed them on creating a custom site. When it comes time to start developing and payment, they just ghosted me. These guys are not trustworthy. Most of their reviews are fake. Use Mechbunny instead for site scripts.

Sam and the Adent team have gone above and beyond my expectations. I purchased xmarketplace and after they installed their website package and I was informed by Sam that in a few days they would be launching a new version. A week later they installed the new version free of charge, they did have some issues with the server side and I’m glad I went with M3 Server as they were about to take care of every little issue. Very happy with the service and Sam is always there to help, totally recommend Sam and the team.

Adent are the best in the business. Not only are their scripts that they offer super customizable but the cost of what you get for them are an absolute steal. The team are extremely helpful and I couldn't have wish for a better experience with them. Trust me the work they do to get your website just the way you need it to be, you'll never get from anyother company. I wish I could write more but I'd go on for the whole day. The Team at Adent has been great thus far...Everything I have asked for, whether it be a change to my site or fixing certain things, they have been very helpful. The team as a whole have a great positive attitude. I have been working with Nathan to assist with my queries and he has been the best. From day one the Adent team delivered for us! Server Setup and System Installation was all done for us hassle free and the team were on hand to welcome us with a system walkthrough. Today, some 3 months into our project we enjoy a personable, positive relationship with the whole team. We often get ourselves confused and ask silly questions but that is never an issue for the team it seems despite their other commitments. We highly recommend the entire Adent team!
