Here my opinion about the company's customer satisfaction policy

Pictures show original charger and original cable type 2
When car arrive nothing was in the trunk
So Adesa said that pictures are only to show you but is not required to be inside when you have it
So be careful when you buy...

… they have my truck!!! CarBuyersUSA AND ADESA ARE THIEVES THAT HOLD YOUR PROPERTY AND WILL NOT RETURN IT IF YOU WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OFFERS FOR THE PURCHASE OF YOUR AUTOMOBILE!!! Run do not fall for their bs! If you take your auto there for CARBIYERSUSA to be inspected for them to make an offer it’s gone forever! This is robbery of a 100 disabled veteran!

-5 stars for romanian Adesa services! They confirm me one date for car delivery from Pitesti (romanian city ehere they have the delivery hub), I made all programation, and after that they tell me that tha car platform it is broke, and are waiting for reparation. When I ask them to let me to handle this transpirtation on my cost they tell that it is no possible because the car it is already load...

This website is a SCAM. They sell damage and expensive cars.

They manipulate the auction
The auction was set to finish at 8:30h and they have something (weird) "Extra time" that they may postpone the ending time for some minutes more. The FAQ gives you a set of rules very clear and objective, but when you are online they do all sorts of manipulation of this extra time, maybe to increase the value or to wait for some friend make their bidding and win the auction.
I don't know what their game is. But I wont go there anymore.

Im a dealer, every car i get has something major wrong with it. Smh, i need to stop buying cars from them.

they dont let you scan the cars, i mean they wont make money if you dont buy the cars. Makes sense.

You cant drive the car anywhere

I bought an excellent car from them. Everything matched the description except for the clogged DPF filter, but Odessa could hardly find that. I am pleased with the deal with them.

Complete scammers and WORST AUCTION PLACE ON EARTH.

I bought a car with 140.000KM and took it to the dealer, SURPRISE, IT HAS 250.000KM, AND ADESA TAKES 0 RESPONSABILITY. SO WAITING FOR THE COURT VIEWING. BUNCH OF PIRATES.

Cars are not inspected.
Expensive cars compared to market price.
Most of won auctions get declined and reauctioned several times.
Given details of cars do not match product.
Poor claims management.

Adesa promotes false information. Its a dishonest scheme. After making the claim they closed it with no explanation and stoped communicating.
Problems with car: Water pump broken. Rear window motor broken. Leather seats in different condition as described etc. Also the car has different milage as they described.
Be careful!!!

1. Bought a car that was described as engine damage, but the car had fire damage in the engine bay, and under the front seats of the vehicle, therefore the car was a totalled one. The value of the car was less than half than what i paid for it.

2. Called ADESA, they said that they are not taking any responsibility for what happened and if the vehicle was described as damaged, than i will take full responsibility for what i bought, and nothing is going to happen to the seller and i`m not going to get reimbursed.

3. I am calling ADESA a scam website because when a company sells a vehicle on their website it then goes to their pick up HUB, where they can see the vehicle and they can clearly tell if the car is as described, so, if a seller will advertise that is selling you a damaged but complete vehicle and posts some pictures that the vehicle is complete, when you receive the vehicle and you see that there is no engine, gearbox, or even a steering wheel, than it`s your fault cause you bought a damaged vehicle.

4. Fraudulent companies selling vehicles with hidden damages with the help of ADESA who know about it but won`t do anything about it.

5. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE

it has been bad from the beginning until the end:
1. it started with a delivery time of 3 weeks and finally got the car after more than 6 weeks
2. almost impossible to get them on the telephone to ask for information about the purchase
3. any request is replied with Yes on the phone and nothing ever happens afterwards
4. at the hub, the pickup is after you are forced to sign all documents, blind, without seeing the car, so they avoid any complaints after
5. the sent documents are incomplete so the local registration process is a nightmare
6. post-sale service is virtually inexistent
7. once filed a complaint, there isn't another person to talk to after someone eventually replies, a superior or a decision makes, nothing

Fereasca Dumneazeu sa apara o problema cu orice, spre exemplu ar fi actele necesare pentru inmatricularea masinii. In primul raspuns nu isi asuma, spunand ca ei nu sunt raspunzatori, de parca am achizitionat masina de pe alt site. Apoi "silenzio stampa" Mult succes sa mai primesti raspuns.

Nu credeam ca este posibil asa ceva.

Absolutely useless support team or whatever they call themselves. One person tells you one thing. Another person tells you another thing. A number of cars on their platforms have damages that are not included in the description or report. Nothing happens to the seller, the person that brings up such a problem however is greeted with a mischievous attitude.

Not reliable company, on 3th car sold, some damaged non declared detected and reported on delivery time. Accepted complain but only pay 10% aprox of the costs to repair, que the total value is less than the value mentioned on termos and conditions... Buy anything on this company is a lottary.
