Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback and I'm sorry that the boots you ordered didn't fit. I can assure you however that we do spend a lot of time on fit testing to try to ensure the best possible fit for everyone but as every foot is different combined with different sole units, upper patterns, toe box shapes/profiles etc., unfortunately this isn't always possible. That said, we do constantly strive to improve and we'll use your feedback to help continue and guide our hard work in this area.
Every brand will fit slightly differently and slightly differently across styles for the reasons mentioned above, so I hope this doesn't put you off Adesso and you'll give us another opportunity as a different size or style may just be the perfect fit. We also are available in many shops around the UK if you'd be more comfortable trying the shoes on before you buy.

These are a leather shoe company with bright colourful designs. The shoes have a soft leather which makes them super comfortable and breathable. My email was promptly answered when I realised I'd made a mistake on the order with my address and corrected straight away. I will definitely be ordering from this company again .

Another Adesso winner!
I live in Australia, and currently I can't find a local Australian stockist, so it is easiest for me to order directly from Adesso.
Yet again, I have got a pair of boots that look great, and feel really comfortable. I will keep ordering from Adesso when I need new shoes - it is still worth paying postage to get shoes I like so much and that keep me walking comfortably!

So comfortable
I bought some of assessor trainers15 years ago and I’ve still got them like new, I where them all the time, so I decided to see if they still made them. They do not quite the same but similar and the new ones are just as comfortable they’re great. Thanks Adesso

Lovely footwear
Easy to navigate website, with quick delivery once you have ordered your items.
I have several pairs of adesso boots now and all have been comfortable from the start with quality soft leather. Great choice of footwear and I love the brighter coloured options as well as the standard neutrals on offer.

Lovely looking shoes but sizing is way too small
Lovely looking shoes, but the sizing is not accurate. I'm size 8 which is EUR 42, that's standard sizing. I bought size 8 and got sent size 8 but also stamped EUR 41.
I then purchased size 9, which came and stamped EUR 42.
They are way too small. Not just a little bit. Very narrow. Shame as they look really good
