Great boots
I bought 2 pairs of boots from Adesso, I had seen them on QVC but they didn’t have my size so I ordered directly. They came very quickly and were well packaged. I love the purple boots with stars on the back, not too flashy, perfect with my jeans or work trousers. The black ones I’ve not worn to work yet. I’ve brought some memory foam insoles as I’m on my feet all day so they’ll add a little more comfort. I decided to try a new company as the designs are different, they are a local midlands firm and I didn’t want plain boots that everyone has. I’ll definitely be ordering more.

Good but returns not so good
Boot s arrived quickly, well packed. Looked good but when I put them the ankles dug into me so decided I would send them back & order Chico rainbow.
They were nfortunately I could not find how to download the returns label. Very bad instructions printctoo small as though no one expected to return.
In the end went online to email for instructions but sent to another Aless0.
In the end found with great difficulty how to return and did so but definitely won’t order Chico rainbow instead even if they do look lice and not 💿 far up the ankle. Nor will I be buying anything else from Alessio because the returns method is too complicated for me.

If you have any suggestions about how we can make this simpler then please do let us know as we're always looking to improve the service.
I'm sorry, but if you contacted the wrong company then there really isn't very much we can do to help. Had the email come through to us then we'd have happily walked you through the process or emailed you a returns label directly.
I only ask that you don't let this one off experience mar the brand for you and give Adesso another chance, I'm sure you'd love the Rainbow boots.
