After 2 weeks "ready for delivery", I complained. Answer: "we don't know actually when we'll deliver - do you want to cancel?"

Emergency order
I had an emergency in with an oven breaking down, I ordered a new one, off Adexa and asked if I could pick it up, something that is not usually done.
The support staff were so helpful, going through a lot of trouble to make arrangements for me to pick it up, the order was ready to pick up 15 minutes after I ordered it and they even refunded me the delivery cost that was added on to the order. Great and helpful company
