ScamGate

Completed an offer yet they didn't credit me, contacted support with valid proof but they replied with very vague and automated responses TWICE even though the email was assigned with a human name.

Never pays then bans you. Everyone report ScamGate Media

Avoid these scamming tossers. Did GOT slots, said confirms instant. It didn't. Sent all evidence. They send the standard copy, paste 13 reasons why rejecting every time. Same for Ladbrokes or any offer I've done on their wall. The fact they're owned by Prodege is hilarious.

Update* banned for chasing them up. Filed a report with the better business bureau. Andrew and Felix and Scamgate can bih. Avoid. Too many fake reviews by accounts with only 1 review. 😂

Complete cheat with Advertisers,Publishers and users.

This Offerwall is now filled with scam offers. They promise to pay for completing 400 levels, but after reaching level 390, they impose impossible conditions to unlock the next level. This is not limited to one game but is prevalent in almost every game. For example, they demand 5400 stars, but the maximum star limit is 3000 in the tile puzzle. They ask for millions of coins to unlock level 490 and provide no solution for level 500 in the water puzzle. They require 8500 stars to unlock level 450 in the supercar puzzle, but the maximum star limit is 6300. Additionally, you need to watch advertisements to claim stars per level, with multiple video auto-ads playing when you open a level and after completion. The pause on-off feature also has auto-ads. This is a complete cheat with advertisers as they pay for zero returns. This distrusts Offerwalls' authenticity, and very soon, no one will try Adgate and Bitlab offers.

Adgate unwilling to pay!

I personally had downloaded various Offerwall games from this app for which I never received any payment! What is interesting though is, that when you lodge a ticket with them, you have lost all changes of getting paid,as they don't respond to your queries, and when they do,it is always excuses for not paying you,but at the same time they request from you to carry on with the offer whilst they investigate it! Now, whatever they investigate is never made known to you, and all that happens is that they just don't pay you. When you query them about it, their answer is always: A ticket has been opened! Lately I was lucky enough to get some payments out of them in a new offer I started, but ... as soon as I got to the levels where the payments are significantly higher, they stopped paying me, and again started to make excuses why they cannot pay me! This is very interesting to me because if I did something wrong according to their rules, why did they pay me on the lower money tasks!(Again I have to reiterate that they only paid me after the GPT-Site I was on, contacted them directly). It is very frustrating to think you are going to make some extra cash, and when push comes to shove, have the Supplier not wanting to pay you! I write this in the hope that the owners of this Offerwall Site may see it, and maybe I will get some sort of reaction out of them.Although, from previous experience,I wouldn't hold my breath!!!!!

from where he made the game more than…

Good morning,
We come on behalf of our client Mr Gauthey Christophe a ticket is open at ticket number 14321345.

Our client did not receive his credit points for having completed the levels requested on the Super Car Escape + application
2400 Points must be credited to him as indicated in the conditions of the application we contacted the developer without success his silence speaks volumes no breach of the rule has been known, our client having viewed numerous videos more than 600 linked on your platform has this application, you have made a huge profit on the 600 views of the videos.

By his words I ask you to kindly credit the 2400 Points which are due to him this represents on the application (Marketagent) from where he made the game more than 23 euros a significant sum for him,

Know that it is in your interest to find a positive outcome to this case in which your client has not honored his requested commitments.

There is no reason why the application has stopped scoring its points from level 100, levels 250 and 450 have not been counted, but the system log of the application indicates that they are indeed counted.

I remain available for any other requests

I am severely disappointed with Adgate

I am severely disappointed with Adgate. I was in the middle of completing some offers back in December and all of a sudden I was banned from their offerwall. I sent them a message and received a very generic letter stating that there was a reason for it, but they wouldn't tell me. I then sent a message to the BBB asking them to reach out to Adgate, but Adgate stayed firm and kept me banned. It's been 6 months now and I still am banned without a reason why. If I can get some clarity as to the reason why, I'd feel better, but it's very scummy to not tell your user why you cut them off.

Shocking company

Shocking company.

A trail of emails lying, poorly worded and ignoring questions out to them.

Requested complaint procedure 8 times to be ignored and my account closed after requesting it for “violating terms”

The only violation was to politely request their complaints policy after not paying out for completion of offers.

Stay away. They are con artists.

They Charge Back For No Reason

They were fine to use, until they started Charging back the rewards, for no reason what so ever, just some rewards get charged back well others don't... 100% will not be using them again. After earning a few hundred from them getting charge backs for no reason leaves a bad taste and just isn't worth the risk or time spent on offers.
