Wow! Great customer service! So often you feel you are shouting into the wind, so it is lovely when you are actually listened to. I ordered some glue online but IMO the delivery costs were unnecessarily high - which I noted in a comment on the order form. When my order was processed they had seen my comment and chosen a much more reasonable delivery option which was not listed on the website.
