First time as a property Guardian and…
First time as a property Guardian and from initial start, viewing and agreeing terms and conditions, the whole experience was 1st class.
Daryl P. was friendly and answered any questions I had and was able to find the answers for me if he didn’t know off by hand.
Highly recommend this service as an alternative to mainstream renting from estate agents.

A perfect solution to my requirements
Just ended an 9 month stay at the former King Ina school in Somerton, Somerset. A massive personal thanks to Trina for her help in suggesting the property and assisting me in viewing. The flexibility of a guardianship has worked perfectly for me as I recently bought a property that needed renovation so wanted somewhere to return to each evening while extensive work took place. Both Trina and Claire were a joy to liaise with and I can recommend Ad Hoc for anyone looking for flexible and affordable living.

Really helpful people
We moved out of AdHoc a while ago but wanted to leave a review - we had lived in AdHoc since we left uni and stayed there for around 8 years. During this time we paid a very good rate compared to the rest of the crazy prices in Bristol. Paul and Trina were always super friendly and very helpful. We eventually managed to save enough money to buy a home, and were able to move out, however the property we had luckily stayed in for the majority of our time there was due to be demolished a month before we could move into our new house. Paul and Trina were again incredibly helpful and accommodating, and quickly found somewhere for us to stay in the meantime. We really appreciate all of the help those guys gave us during our time there!Thanks again! I would definitely recommend using AdHoc, without it I think we would still be stuck paying crazy Bristol rent prices!
