One of the worst banks in UAE, the service is really bad, don't get fooled by their agents and sweet talks, they sell you promises that they can't fulfill and sell you think that they changes after you signed all the papers such as credit card limits and account tires, all of that gets changed, once you signed the documents, they are gone, I choose then after being with my current bank for 13 years cus they offered my company a better loan rate (got my personal finance), so I went for it, the customer service is the worst ever, after everything is done the agent will disappear not like other banks, you I'll never get a hold of them and the APP is even worst, all their services are bad, I don't recommend it at all to get involved with them, I'm paying a minimum installment and then buying out ,going back to my previous bank ADCB, the BEST BANK in UA.

I recently visited the Adib Al Wahda bank branch, and I must say, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely unsupportive.
From the moment I walked in, I was met with indifference. The employees seemed disinterested in assisting customers, and when I approached the counter for help. They acted as though my questions were a burden, and their tone was unnecessarily harsh.
I had a simple request regarding my account, but instead of providing clear guidance, the staff member gave vague answers and made no effort to resolve my issue. When I asked for further clarification, they became visibly annoyed and spoke to me in a condescending manner.
It felt like the entire branch was operating with zero regard for customer satisfaction.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Adib for years, but this experience has left me questioning whether I want to continue banking with them. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism at this branch is unacceptable.
If you’re considering visiting the Adib Al Wahda branch, I would strongly advise against it. The rude and unhelpful staff will only leave you frustrated and disappointed. Adib needs to seriously reevaluate the customer service standards at this location before they lose more customers.

Basically everything with this bank is wrong and I highly recommend to look elsewhere for banking services! I would start with the branches staff - I tried several branches and it's been disaster almost every visit. Waiting is not a problem, the real problem is people skipping the line(especially locals or friends of the staff), staff being lazy, incompetent and arrogant(especially Lebanese and Egyptian males), with a poor knowledge of the products and services and zero customer care but massive ego. Very often I have to escalate things all the way to the branch manager who is local and only then things get done. Regular staff is doing bare minimum, the most important for them is to do as little as possible so they have time to drink tea/coffee, chat with their coffee and play with their mobiles. Their disrespect to the client(especially towards westerners) is just shocking! Due to my business I've been having bank accounts in many countries and I've never had any bad experience or complaints however with ADIB it is a different story and they take meaning of "miserable banking" to whole new level! Unjustly fees and charges are normal occasion, so you have follow closely your monthly statements and dispute the unjustly charges frequently. When they send you anything by postal service(new card etc.), you can bet they send it to wrong address. If you are non-resident, you can not do anything remotely and you always have to show up at the bank in person so you must expect to travel to Dubai often since at least once a year they request you to update some "superimportant" paperwork out of the blue. If not updated, they freeze your card and account. The only good thing in this bank is the email/phone support - majority of CS representatives are friendly, helpful and professional most of the time and complete opposite of the people they employ at the branches which is really surprising.
“Unprofessional and Disorganized – Wasted My Time at ADIB Jumeirah Branch”
I had an extremely disappointing experience at ADIB Bank, Jumeirah Branch while trying to open a business bank account. My initial appointment with Ihsaan Eljack and her manager was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but since it required reconfirmation in the morning, I was only given a few minutes’ notice to attend, which was not possible. I requested to reschedule for 10:00 AM, and it was confirmed.
I arrived on time at 10:00 AM, yet Ihsaan Eljack was still with another customer, and I was left waiting for 1 hour and 35 minutes. At 11:35 AM, when she finally became available, I was then informed that her manager was not in the branch and was not responding to calls. However, what makes this situation even worse is that the branch manager was present the entire time I was waiting but left the branch for unknown reasons, knowing I had a scheduled meeting.
This level of unprofessionalism and complete disregard for clients’ time is shocking. Making a business client wait for nearly two hours and then failing to proceed with the meeting due to the absence of a key decision-maker is completely unacceptable. If this is how they handle new business customers, I can only imagine the challenges one would face after opening an account.
I strongly do not recommend ADIB Bank, especially the Jumeirah Branch, for business banking.

ADIB is the worst bank in UAE, been 3 months since I am seeking a resolution. The restricted my withdrawal in Oct'24 without any notification. I called them countless times, visited branches, raised complaints but no response.
Then After two months of frustration they decided to close my account and it's been more than a month they closed my account but never returned the money which was available in the account and it was a handsome amount of money. They always keep coming up with something new, asked me to submit a written application, then after two weeks asked me to provide a clearance letter. Provided them everything they asked but still I didn't get my money.

Stay away from this bank! I had a very bad experience. I have been victim of a scam and did a bank transfer internationally which take 3 to 5 days to reach. I realised it was a scam and visited the branch to stop the payment after 24 hours or so thinking it could work out. The lady who received me was not nice at all and blaming me saying if you did the transfer there is nothing we can do. Then she said OK you need to pay some fees and we will retract the payment but it depends on the other bank. But she knew the money was already there!!!!! So I lost a huge amount of money plus paid this incompetent bank some fees for nothing!!!!!! No no no and no!!!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with ADIB Bank that has left me thoroughly disappointed. While I had heard good things about the bank (regarding mortgages), my experience has highlighted several key areas where they need significant improvement, particularly in customer service, processing times, and staff knowledge. The paperwork took far longer than expected. Despite the bank claiming a quick turnaround, my transaction was delayed multiple times, causing unnecessary frustration. There was no proactive communication to update me on on the process and steps.
No support was provided from call center / complain center. Just blaming department to departments
I am unable to take my salary for two months even after all documents being provided still

First time I got into an issue and realized that the bank’s customer service is of no use. The call center cannot do anything except the answer “ you have to wait “ we cannot do anything. Even the complain center has the same answers and when asked
If I should complain in the central bank, they answer “ as you like”. I am first time
seeing a complain center where they themselves want the customer to take actions.
They don’t emotionally support and understand that someone’s salary is stuck since 2Months ……

Pathetic bank in uae. Never bank with them. They will send you free credit cards which are not even requested and will start charging you annual fees following year even if you don’t activate the card. It’s then even a hassle to cancel the card without paying their fees for a card that is never used. Totally unprofessional bank !

Really bad. I transferred my salary and mortgage to ADIB, after I was promised 50% cashback. The case was approved under the promotion and the pre approval was still valid and within the campaign.
We had to request for the liability letter twice since there was a huge delay from the bank side. They asked us to get the original bank statements. They lost the liability letter, it took ages to open the account, I had to go three times!!!! It seems that they did everything they could to delay the process in order not to honor their commitment! When I raised the issue, they keep sending me to other departments and nobody was taking ownership! Very poor customer service! I will move my salary and mortgage to another bank and I will do so happily. So much headache! I am just glad to move away from ADIB

Most pathetic bank ever call Centre people disconnect the call on face if they don’t have any solution ms.mysa from complaint department chq got settled on 18. Oct 2024 and still my clearance is pending and if I go to the Deira branch they said we don’t have clearance when said about I will go complain to central bank then ms. Eman kamal said it’s your wish sir customer service says 3 working days and at branch they say 10 working days is this ADIB WORK. Mr. Bashri is sleep cannot see customer struggle I know when customer is exiting the bank the attitude is this,,.
