i thought adidas was a bigger brand than that

After they sold me a product that was not in their warehouse and kept me waiting for 5 days, they canceled my order and said that another number was in the warehouse, buy it and we will send it. I ordered a new one immediately, they kept me waiting for 10 days and when I contacted them, they made a funny offer like your product was lost and we will sell you another color at a much more expensive price. I thought Adidas France was a bigger brand after ordering 2 times, waiting 20 days for shoes and leaving me with nothing.

The Adidas online store sent me pants

The Adidas online store sent me pants: "Tiro Bukse" of shitty quality, they can't exchange them for the same ones because they don't have that size. Adidas wants me to do the repairs at my own expense because Adidas is only willing to pay a small part of the repair of the pants. The Adidas company violates consumer protection laws, that is, it spits on its customers, and is cynically proud of the fact that the Adidas company doesn't give a damn about compliance with the consumer protection law.

3 BIG problems

First, the order came in late. Second, they gave me the wrong size. Third, Still waiting 3 weeks later for them to ship me the correct size.

Almost Perfect

Ordered some Sueprcourt on sale for Flaneurz with an added name custom and was delivered a day early! Got everything correct and would be 5 stars if the sticker name thing didn't already get destroyed 10 seconds after I used it LOL the letter "i" got taken out but I'll just make a way. Shoes are comfy and dope :)

Wrong shipping company and address missing, never got my order

I ordered shoes on adidas.fr. I was waiting for several days, until I wished to follow the order delivery and clicked the "follow your order" button. Then, I have been redirected to the DHL website which was saying that my order did not even exist. After contacting adidas, I found out that the real delivery company was UPS. After contacting UPS, I discovered that my order was sent back to Hamburg saying that my address was not complete (I have a proof that it was correctly entered in my order) and that they tried to contact me and I did not respond. I received no notifications for neither UPS nor Adidas. Finally, after contacting adidas support I have been refund.

Appauling service from Adidas

How complacent and blaze can Adidas get?

I recently received an order confirmation to my email address in my name for goods which I did not order.
The order confirmation looked authentic but I did not respond for fear it was a scam into which it is too easy to get drawn into.
The one thing which indicated it was fraudulent activity was the non specific delivery address in Perth, Scotland.

I advised my back of this fraudulent activity and they suggested that it was more than likely a scam and offered to cancel my debit and credit cards and re-issue them if I wanted to go this far, but as we were due to be away for a few days it was not possible to do this otherwise we would have no cards to pay for our accommodation etc.

I tried to find an email address on the Adidas official website which was a challenge in itself.

I eventually found a likely address and forwarded my comments to them only to receive a standard email that they would get back to us within 2-3 working days! Surely enough they did come back to me to advise that I should re-direct me email to another dept! I was staggered to find that they did not take fraudulent activity seriously at all and I would have thought in the interests of their existing customer base to investigate to protect their reputation.

I redirected my email as requested and received another email to say they would get back to me with 2-3 days which they did and apologised "if they may have caused me any inconvenience"! & to add insult to injury they asked me the the last 4 digits of the credit card I had used to make the purchase!! indicating that they had clearly not read the email.

I don't think I have ever come across such pitifully inadequate response in years.

I forwarded them the original order confirmation as advised them that I didn't think it was appropriate form me to give them may card details on the basis that a) I didn't place and order! & in light of there requested I was not longer sure I was corresponding with the actual brand as such.

Can you imagine my amazement to find yet another order confirmation for more goods in my name/email to the same delivery address in Perth!

So I'm still awating a resolution to this problem and otherwise words fail me to encounter such "could't-care- less" attitude.
