I love the unique character of Adina jewelry. Hypoaergenic and water resistant materials.

I'm only giving one star as the part of my order that did show up was nice.

I have been emailing via their zendesk since the 26/12/21 every day, and still no response.

Half my order has not shown up and there is no attempt to rectify the situation from their side.

I've left a embarrassing amount of comments and messages on their Instagram which is updated daily and still no response.

Il be attempting to contact them over the phone, but at this point, I can safely say this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Horrific. Abysmal. Unprofessional. Appalling.

Save yourself the impending hassle and do not order from this company.

I bought something that was in their precious Jewels. What it really is covered in 14k gold. CHEAP....
And because it was on sale I could no longer return.

Would not give it a one star but would not let me write a review without putting something.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY anything from their website. You will only loose your money and not have any merchandise. Nothing absolutely nothing, No response by Customer Service even though several attempts have made as to the inquire of my purchases will be shipped. Purchases made 11/26 and 11/28 no updates but money has been taken out of our account. Trying to get this resolved by my bank. Sorry to say I have probably lost over $160.00. Hope the bank can help. Money is very tight and it was a real sacrifice on our part to buy Christmas gifts for those we love. Do not be stupid like me. Hope you read before purchasing.
There are other websites such as MelindaMaria, LuvAJ, Trescolori that have great prices and beautiful jewelry and best of all Great Customer Service.

BUYER BEWARE - Never Rec'd But Credit Card Charged - No Customer Service Reply!!!
BUYER BEWARE! Short version -0 stars because I never rec'd my jewelry, Adina charged my credit card for $205, and now Adina will not respond to my emails or attempts to call. I am currently disputing the credit card charge in an effort to get my money back. Full story - I purchased 2 different jewelry orders from Adina within a week of each other. I received the 2nd order but never received the 1st order ($205!). I received this review request but never received the product. I emailed Adina every day for a week per their website instructions. All I received in response was an automated reply saying it takes up to 3-5 business days to receive a customer service reply. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I continued emailing daily, with no response. I also called them daily, but again they have insulated themselves and don't pick up the phone. When I call, I receive a message that says, "Please hold while we find an available representative to help you". After 5 minutes on the dot, I receive an auto message that says, "No one is available now so please call back later," and the line disconnects. The tracking number provided by Adina for USPS, states that USPS is awaiting the merchandise from Adina. Adina says "shipped" and charged my credit card. I am now disputing the charge with my CC company. So basically, Adina charged me $205 for the merchandise I never rec'd, insulated themselves buy hiding behind email addresses and phone lines that are never answered, and now I have no Christmas gift for my daughter. Scam!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE CELEBRITY ENDORSMENTS BEING PUSHED TO YOU ON SOCIAL MEDIA. With regard to the items I did receive on my other order, they are very cheapy. The rainbow necklace kinks so bad I am afraid I will break it when trying to straighten it out. The rainbow bracelet I purchased, is SO SO tiny. The photo is deceiving. I would like to return both items, but I don't trust this company to give me a refund so a cheap necklace and bracelet are better than nothing I guess. IF AN HONEST PERSON AT ADINA SEES THIS REVIEW, PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL. MY ORDER NUMBER IS AJ2264998.

THIS IS AN UPDATE!
I finally got through on the phone line to Adina Customer Service after many many tries. I felt like I won the lottery! Once I got through I was helped by Akeema. She was professional, understanding and helpful. She said they only have 4 customer service reps in the whole company so it is impossible for them to answer all the calls and emails. That is the bad news and irresponsible of the company, BUT, once you get through, they handled the problem very professionally. Akeema even emailed Adina herself and received permission to refund my money in full, and said if the jewelry ever showed up, I can keep it for all my inconvenience and frustration. I had the refund within 5 minutes. So, I do really appreciate how they handled the problem once I got through but I still will not order from this company again unless I start seeing better reviews about accessibility to customer service.

I gave it 2 stars bc there pieces are actually pretty BUT Iv ordered from them 3 times and the 3 times Iv had issues with every single one of the items Iv gotten. They have either been broken or a stone has fallen off (ring) or the item has broken weeks later and the customer service is terrible they take WEEKS to reply and to get a replacement takes even longer I will never purchase from them again and I will not recommend anyone to purchase from them
