Very helpful, very patient

I only worked with this company for three months, but after the three-month term ended, no one contacted me to confirm whether I wanted to continue the service. Instead, they automatically charged my card immediately after the subscription expired. When I reached out just one day later to request a refund, they refused and insisted that their actions were correct. This is a very disappointing and unprofessional service experience.
