Adivaha: Urgent Help Needed—Delayed Installment Payments and Wallet Access Denied

To the public, authorities, and any potential supporters:

I am writing to raise urgent concerns about Adivaha’s handling of funds I deposited into a wallet managed by their staff since August and September 2025

In November, Adivaha staff after several failed promises to release my funds explicitly agreed that the money I deposited would be paid back to me in monthly installments. They stated that repayments would occur on the end of each month but they failed to comply to this.

In December, they informed me that repayments would begin on the 2nd of every month, starting on January 2, 2026. Today is January 3, 2026, and I have not seen any remittance reflected on my PayPal account or any other payment method.
I have attempted to contact Adivaha staff multiple times since yesterday to confirm the status of the payments, but my messages have gone unanswered.

At the time of deposit, Adivaha told me that I would be in control of my wallet. However, after the money was deposited, they allegedly locked the wallet and denied me access to my own funds.
The lack of access and the ongoing payment delays have caused me to miss important obligations, including medical treatment for my sister and eventually lossing her life.

I am seeking -
1). A clear, public explanation from Adivaha regarding the status of my deposit and the cause of the payment delays.
2). Immediate release of my deposited funds or a concrete, verifiable schedule for when payments will be made to me.
3). Restitution for any consequences I have faced due to the inability to access funds (including missed medical treatments for my sister and related costs).

I am hereby notifying the public and authorities so that transparency can be restored and appropriate steps can be taken to ensure the safety of others who may use Adivaha’s wallet or any of their services as they are unreliable.

Excellent platform for every travel agents

I have just started using adivaha plugin on my website on my website I can’t tell you how amazing it is and the support team is so helpful , really quick on replying. I would recommend highly to use it.

Absolutely useless company. They are selling websites. please visit their website and get the experience. You will realize that better not to have such website.
It looks they are benefiting under the umbrella of wordpress. I will inform Wordpress , this is not a partner or a vendor they should have.
Very wrong attitude delivering very bad products and services. There are may supplier. By all means avoid these clowns for own good.
I am responding to the intimidating reply of adivaha. Adivaha wrote they never dealt with us, but says we are too small to deal with adivaha. With 48 travel companies around the world using travel tech from the west, inquired to see if we can get this from India despite we were skeptical of the quality of service adivaha would maintain. From first inquiry found they are not disciplined. Adivaha proved again that they are disrespectful to potencial customers. Who wrote this does not know who they are dealing with.
You will find out how small we are in the near future. We keep this response printed to show you on such day.
Be respectful to customers. In our books " customer is the King" . In yours you are the King and customers are your subordinates. You are having a very wrong mindset and attitude my friends.
