I had the most wonderfully relaxing, sleep inducing massage! I came in feeling stressed, and on edge. Christine melted away my stress and left me feeling light and super relaxed, and ready for some deep sleep.
The finishing facial massage was amazing too!

I had a wonderful Indian head massage from Christine and would highly recommend receiving treatment from her in Beeston. I felt very relaxed during and really enjoyed my experience at Adjust.

I’ve been coming to adjust for several years and have had a number of treatments with different therapists and never had a bad massage. My most recent treatment was a Swedish massage by Christine and it was wonderful. I felt so relaxed afterwards but she also managed to get the knots and tension out of my back and shoulders. I will be back soon!

Was in agony. Called up in the morning and was offered an appointment in the afternoon with Christine.
Christine made me feel comfortable and tailored my visit to my needs. I have rebooked for next week and experienced some relief today. Highly recommended.

Very good sports massage from Ben - from the quick inital consultation, he quickly worked out what was required. It was certainly painful at the time but exactly what I needed! Will be back for sure.

I visited Adjust for a deep tissue massage with Jo- this was my first visit and after a quick health assessment Jo spent the rest of my session working on the massage. She was very friendly and chatty and made me feel at ease. The massage was great, very thorough with particular attention on my tight and knotty areas, I have booked another visit for a few weeks time.

Brilliant massage with Christine! Probably the strongest deep tissue massage I've had yet; she was really able to get into all those knots and trigger points. I would thoroughly recommend if you need a really firm massage!

I had a massage with Katarina. She is so lovely, caring and listens to your issues. I can't tell you how much better l felt after just one session. I would definitely recommend her. Her massage helped me not just physically with various pains, but mentally as well.

The overall experience with Sarah my therapist was both professional with a great understanding and expertise of lymph drainage massage. Very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Have suffered from a bad back for several years. wife and daughter talked me into goint to Adjust Massage. had my 1st ever massage for a medical reason by Maxc . He explained what he was going to do and gave me exercises to do at home. Have already booked for another sesssion as just within 2 days my pain has decreased and im mobile again. Thank you Maxc

I’ve been going to Adjust for a back problem for a number of appointments now with Valentine.. I be got say it’s making a massive difference to my posture & resolving the issue I have had for years.. taking a more holistic approach to my posture is definitely working. Not just dealing with the individual problem..I would recommend 👍🏼
