Nathan is a legend! Always upbeat, friendly and persuasive on the phone whilst remaining professional and knowledgeable about the products. We are a school so have virtually no money for extras and Nathan is accepting that we only have pens when we really need them and that there is no scope for extravagance! Really good company to deal with. They crack on and get the job done! Martyn was great with my orders, attentive and helpful. Delivery could be a bit quicker but prices are always super competitive so on balance, really good.
