I spent a lot of time searching for a resin stand alone bathtub in matte finish. Covid 19 hit and showrooms closed. I was able to talk with ADM and order our tub through them site unseen. The tub arrived perfectly and quickly. I think I am also going to order a resin stool to match and go in my large shower. They have a large variety of tubs and sinks and I am excited to have mine!! They make a beautiful product!!

ADM was a pleasure to work with and the quality of product was amazing. I would highly recommend purchasing here!

Love my sink and the service was quick and efficient.

The product came damaged. We now need to wait 2 weeks for the replacement to be processed and another 6-8 weeks to receive the new product. This was the only matte finish in stock.

Customer service was exceptional, delivery was ok. Drivers never want to wait while customers inspect delivered items. But I forced him to sit tight. He knew he was supposed to wait but I never met a delivery person who was not in a rush to get away :). Im anxious to see my fantastic sink installed in the next week.

Just like another review it’s not the tub but the delivery service. If Estes is the delivery company I wish you luck as they have horrible communication. Missed two days of work so this was a really expensive tub when you factor in lost wages. ADM Ed responsive though to my calls and emails regarding the issue.

Excellent communication and delivery! They shipped our tub on Tuesday and arrived at Houston, TX on Friday. The crate was in perfect condition and the delivery guy was professional and polite. Will def buy from them again!! Thanks!!!

ADM was amazing with the speed at which they filled the order once they got it right. The company has an inventory tracking problem and could not confirm availability of a sink. Multiple representatives told us the item was out of stock and it would take 8-10 weeks to receive it. Then, miraculously, it was in stock and we received the item within 48 hours of placing the order. This is especially amazing since we live in a rural area. Well done on the back end, not too swift at the beginning. That is why I can’t provide 5 stars.

I am very pleased with the sink that I purchased from ADM. The service was outstanding and it was extremely easy to order without any haggling. Telephone communication was very good and all of my emails were answered and returned promptly. They held the sink until I purchased my faucet, submit specifications for the hole to be drilled and it was delivered within a couple of days. I will definitely shop here again and recommend to anyone in need of home decor.

They stayed in contact with me the entire info/order/order sent/delivered process. Had my product in 2 days.

Not happy with this company.
Make me pay 15% restocking fee plus return shipping for a item I never received. They could not deliver it and they made me pay the return. I will never ever purchase something from them.
