A thorough fantastic experience of selling our car to the right dealer. Adam was courteous and helpful throughout the process giving helpful hints and guidance. I would certainly sell another car to him in the future. The personal touch was so important, something you don't get with the larger businesses.

Sold my wife’s Audi A3 cabriolet to ADM this week, one of the easiest and pleasant processes I’ve ever used. Offered him the car to which he showed interest and had me running in circles to take pictures of every alloy etc. Continued to ask me what 'We buy any car' had offered for it. Then continued to question the service history of the car and questioned if the gearbox had been serviced. (Not sure why a gearbox would need to be serviced at 28,000 miles). Then asked for the digital service history from the VW website. I explained that VW do not provide the history on the website but i have print outs and a fully stamped service book with paperwork from WV mail dealer. ADM then said without digital service history they wouldnt buy the car. (How can i provide something that does not exist) Wouldn't deal with this company again.

Having experienced WBAC once before I used them and some similar sites to get a price for my car. A friend recommended Adam and I’m glad I got in touch, I got a better price for my car and dealt with someone that was honest and fair. Payments were sorted quickly, in the time it took to have a drink and sort the paperwork out. I’d happily recommend Adam and would definitely use him again.

Having never previously been involved in selling a car, I was rather daunted by the prospect. However, after being put in contact with Adam I realised that I had nothing to fear. He was extremely helpful in explaining the process which went according to plan in the most professional way.
Adam collected the car from home. He made sure that his payment by instant bank transfer was successful before guiding me through the online transfer process.
Adam is a decent and friendly man and I have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.
